Yes, the similarities are a bit too uncanny. But don't you think Sid looks a bit more into films? Considering Imran was spoon fed by none other than Aamir himself, he was obviously spoilt. I never felt that Imran worked hard for a film in the real sense. He had this "Picture milrahi hain, toh kar raha hoon." He sucked at dancing, so he continued with that. No improvement in dancing, instead it kept on getting worse with each film.

Sid on the other hand seems more driven towards his goal. I found Shammi still better than Disco. 😆 Which means he did work on his moves. Yes he still can't dance but if he takes that into account and works hard, then who knows, he may be the next superstar? 😆

So, it's too early to predict. If they have similiarities, they have differences too.

I did see how much respect you give to fellow members on this thread. It was a mistake on my part that I didn't know how many producers decided to end up in loses by taking Poster boy in their films which I accept. How just is that to jump up on someone's throat just because they weren't accurate with a newbie's films and mock them down. You should shed this holier than thou attitude.
