As much as I am crossed with Raman for the sheer stupidity he is doing right now (like really? he really thinks Ishita wouldn't understand??!!! Man he still doesn't get Ishu right!!) I want him to get past this hurdle too .Ofcourse I wouldn't want him forgiven anytime soon but that doesn't mean I want a full on Dumping each other Drama either ..I have had enough of those kind of stunts! SO yes i want Ishra distance but a big helluva Underlined bold italics wala NO for a separation.separation. Ishita's silent treatment would make quite a cure for Raman's apparently off track dimaag. Anyway Ishita is not someone who can't handle situations..As much as Raman is a doer Ishita is a handler, one of the many reasons why they get along well😊. I count on Ishita and not Raman this time to make things right because right now he is overwhelmed in every sense. So clogged is his mind that he really thinks that Shagun who, let me stress on this point ,walks around with a plastic evil smile on her face after an accident was really repenting and scared and naive and God knows what! he was actually all mushy enough to offer his shoulder to her!! He didn't even realise the moment when Shagun's masquerade fell flat during the conversation were she made a veiled but definitely menacing threat !He has obviously lost it and only a sane person like IShita can handle the situation now. Ishita too would realise that Raman is incapable of making the right choice so i am hoping she takes charge of the situation.Ishita being the kind hearted and matured person she is would first think of Ruhi and then Raman's helplessness and think it all out rationally. She would never allow this incide3nt to break their relationship but yeah she would be distanced from Raman for not trusting her but trusting a woman who had made it her habit to break trust.SO bottom line there is no room for separation but yes there would definitely be distance .Let's face it they won't come closer until they know how hard it would be to be distanced.

You're completely right. To be honest, even with all their squabbles and drama, the entire Iyer-Bhalla extended family are a very mature and understanding bunch (with the possible exception of Simmi...). I already knew that the Iyers thought critically but when Romi refused to go with Param and Mrs Bhalla told Simmi to get over Param, thats when I realized that no, the Bhallas are also very capable of understanding/etc.
Because of these (very unique on tv-land!) qualities, I don't think anyone would force Raman to press charges on Shagun - besides our fiery Mihika of course - and definitely if it was Adi, no one at all would make Raman tell the police.

This whole 'majboori majboori' track is completely in line and very indicative of Raman's character. He's too pigheaded to realize that he does not need to keep burdensome secrets himself. We've seen this happen again and again, first with him struggling to accept his love for Ruhi, then him and the whole DNA/Ruhi's paternity track, and other minor tracks throughout. But damn, he should have realized from the paternity track as well as the stemcells/blood giving track that keeping secrets from Ishita hinders rather than helps him.
Bottom line is Raman is freaking dumb and he seriously needs to use HIS critical thinking and memory skills because he can't keep on making the same mistakes over and over again in regards to Ishita.

I want Ishita to fix this mess up herself as well. I think it totally goes in line with her independent way of thinking and you know - some people may be like "Well Ishita fixing everything - please, she isn't a superwoman and this is such a daily soap tactic to make the bahu/wife fix everything." But you know, in real life too (or atleast my life lol) the women in my family are the ones who fix things and issues like this. And people call women 'weak' because they're 'too emotional' my foot. (Sorry I went off tangent there slightly but I have to make that point :) )

YES NO SEPARATION definitely as you said "distance" would be nice. Before Param's unveiling and maybe even before Pooja's delivery, Raman would not have cared if Ishita would have either stayed at the Iyers/separated or gave him the silent treatment - (to be honest, he would have probably said something like "finally, yeh jhansi ki rani dimag ko chain de rahi hai." ) But now, with all thats been going on for the past few weeks, if Ishita gives him the silent treatment and basically refuses to give him the time of day, he'll realize his shitty mistakes. And he'll possibly (hopefully!) realize how he does not want Ishita to only be Ruhi's mamma and the Bhalla's bahu but also his legit wife.

Exactly! the Bhallas (expect for a retard called simmi)and Iyers tend to be capable of wise decisions when the situations demand it.Ishita's basic character itself is reassurance of sensibility and rational thinking .Contrary to Raman's superfluous reactions(which i do enjoy at times) Ishita's tend to be of the right proportion.Ishita never loses sight of reason while Raman is always vulnerable to misdirections thanks to the emotional wreck he is.IShita is a true woman of real grit and wit and a hell lot of wisdom. We all remember how Ishita mustered up her will to the let pervert off the hooks when she saw how deeply Raman was getting engrossed in this accident fiasco. If she can think of letting tat skunk go wouldn't she be far more lenient on the witch ?Raman should really start taking leaps of faith!!
