not surprised at all. many many 100lb women are chased by their 200 lb body builder husbands, bpyfriends,  drunk, on streets, and witnessed by 100s, but no report, no case.

There were a lot of rumors about Preity being bankrupt recently.  Seems like she will get a nice settlement or she will sell her part in the team at a premium rate because Ness will want her gone and away from him.

She has had no career in BW for years now. She financed and made her own movie which takes lots of money and it flopped too. The cricket team has a lot of her money tied up and she's probably not able to use it.  The team doesn't make enough profits just to survive from that.  They only made like 70-80 lakh profit this year.  Split between so many partners, it's nothing.

Best way for her to make money is take a settlement from Ness or force him to buy her part in the team at a good rate. 

She looks like a nautanki now after all the "dignity of women" stuff.

Isn't it amazing that even when this case was first brought up people were bashing Preity and demanding proof that Wadia was guilty.

Now he is guilty, and we are still bashing Preity.

How dare she go for out-of-court settlement.

Meanwhile the man who humiliated and threatened her gets away with nothing much said about him except yeah he did that while Preity character assassination continues #EPIC

I am not surprised about no one testifying though. She was in the VIP block. All crorepatis. No one among them would like to take rounds of courts for years.

Btw Zoom was reporting that this news is not true and that Ness's lawyers denying being approached by Preity for an out of court settlement. I hope that's the case.

Why are people so quick to jump on her for settling out if court?

Settlement can mean anything most likely she will ask for her protection for him to sell ipl and stay away!

Isn't that what she would have hoped from if the case went to trial?
What's the point of waiting x amount of years for a court case outcome if she can just settle it now?
