I just read some of the comments and all I have to say is WOW... this clearly shows how easy it is for one to manipulate their own thinking and statements which mean why cant we stick to the first opinion we have? why cant we voice out the same opinion we had before which in many cases seems to the last conclusion of many i am reading here? when we can share the same opinion in end of this its better to share it initially only no to save lots of baseless statements and justifications. every one have their favs very few play neutral, show it openly as in the end ppl will judge and bash u for it, be it atleast that will save some embarrassing comments

Yes. Ex-lovers often do have tiffs. But when either one gets verbally or physically abusive, that is a big problem. When that happens you take it seriously and reprimand the parties.

Initially people were waiting for proof that Ness is guilty while calling PZ out on revenge and now that he is willing to settle out of court instead of focusing on his wrong behavior it is back to well she did it for money.

That's not a neutral or open mind. That's someone who is just looking to blame someone regardless of the situation.

This issue is not a major one, but this is the mentality in India no matter what happens with a woman the focus is on her character not on the man who was wrong.

So if we are feminists or male chauvinistic, what are we supposed to call those who slam Preity ? Misogynist ? 😆

Ironically how the way the ship changes its course.

There has not been much discussion about Ness ,his conduct or about his life , rather we had people jumping out and questioning why Preity is filing a complaint. She is scorned one , out seeking the revenge and what sort of accusations were hurled without verifying anything.

The whole argument has been objecting to that mindset, where without reading the FIR people in their rush to pass off perspectives took no time in assassinating PZ's character or calling it silly.

The general opinion has been to let the investigation carry out . She does have legal case which should be thoroughly investigated. That doesn't mean "feminists" or any other section has accepted Ness as the culprit.

On the threats - Like Preity Ness's father has full right to compliant and put his side of his story. This doesn't mean what he is doing is frivolous or part of any vengeance plan.

Legally they both are eligible for whatever course of law they have taken as yet.

Rest court and police will decide.
