what is sadda haq ? : a fan's review :
well hi i decided to write this post because half of the post i encountered in this forum bash parth and sanyukta and the other half drools over a sexy jerk (randhir) ... as we all know that SADDA HAQ is a youth based show and most of the viewers are in their early teenage ( am one of em)who speak before they think! so this kind of immaturity is certainty EXPECTED !
when i say the immaturity is expected i do not appreciate it a bit !
what startled me was a post by a forum member which went like sanyukta and parth should die or something like that ! what startled me more was that except a few , a number of people agreeing and even commenting appreciating the post .
so i decided to review the serial and bring a few points in consideration ! i know some will agree (some will not) all i want is to make you THINK !
- SADDA HAQ as for me WAS NEVER A *LOVE STORY*its more than that !
in a prestigious institute like IIT (FITE) its even more difficult for girls to enter . why ? i don't know maybe because over the years people have made this notion that girls are not good at maths and physics what's more surprising is that girls themselves believe that they cannot do engineering because its tough . i study in a very reputed school of Bangalore and trust me , even here , i find the same thing going on as in a local school of any village . guys in my class really believe that being a girl is easy as all u have to do is do make ups hunt for a rich guy and marry him . even a teacher of my school once said that girl's need not bother about studies as all they will do in future is to cook and look after their children .
so when #shq started i started to associate sanyukta's character with myself . i really wanted her to win , to get rank 1 and to beat randhir . then this sandhir thingy started ... personally it doesn't matter to me if sandhir end up being a couple or maybe best friend or friends or even enemies !
2. sandhir isn't sadda haq its just a part of it
another thing that i noticed about members over here is their obsession with SANdhir (randhir to be particular) . i think we all should accept that sandhir isn't SADDA HAQ its just a part of it . so u cannot go on asking for sandhir scenes in the entire epi .
3. HATE SARTH ? its al right , want them to die ? GET MATURE !
seriously ! now suppose that you have a best friend who helps you all the time . saved your life twice and is always there whenever you need him/her . would you not love to spend time with such a friend ? now suppose there is a person who hates you ( i mean to say pretends to hate you) makes your life living hell , always lands you into problem and then rescues you from the problems s/he him/her self created !
yeah so my point is majority would us would love to be around such a bestie . i won't say all of us cuz some of us might not !
as for me :
sarth : best friends with benefits .they bond well and if any other girl would have been in place of sanyukta then she might as well have fallen in love with parth .am just saying that falling in love with a good person is easy and most of the people get that way ... as for sanyukta i don't know what she thinks ! maybe she'll choose the other way round cuz she is highly unpredictable .
now coming towards randhir and parth !
randhir : his character is a strong one and the actor playing the character does justice to the role . i find him to be a very confused person and has a different inner and outer world . he is a good person inside but pretends to be bad because of a bad past . i think he's the one who need's sanyukta's help as sanyukta does pretty well even without randhir ( NOTE : am not talking about academics here so don't bash me up) . CV'S need to give randhir's character space .. and i think the current track would do that .
parth : i don't know why people hate him so much . he surely does some non sensible things (taking out his shirts for example) and i don't know why he does that ( who knows -_-) but anyway his character is in-folded with a lot of mysteries which i don't want to hear (yes ! i don't want to know how arpita died and all) . he is shown as a good person who helps everyone . he has developed a soft corner towards sanyukta and i won't be a bit surprised to see him fall in love with her ! coming back , i loved parth's character when it was introduced in the beginning . i would have loved to see vidushi and parth together and how parth gets vidushi stop her evil practices and leave her ill wills anyway he is bff of sanyukta and always protects her and i would rate him a star for that ! i would like to see parth being a normal being again with noraml friends and noraml behaviour i hope cv's introduce a girl for parth maybe .
i know i don't like THE WAY parth's character is being represented but there is no
point in hating him for that or wishing that he dies !
