I completely disagree.

Sanaya's understated performance, under the ditection of the PH, is not okay, yet some of the OTT acting I have been seeing lately by others in the show is ?

Lets not underestimate Sanaya based on one epi without checking out her complete portfolio 😕

While I agree with some if the comments, I vehemently disagree that her expressions are same as Khushi's. Khushi and Paro are like chalk and cheese.

Unless I have been watching repeats of IPK at 9.30.

I was not talking of consistency of the character. I was talking about having varying expressions and reactions. I was responding so the TM's point that Paro has limited and predictable expressions.
My point was if at all, the expressions of the other characters are the same and predictable because they have not changed much since the show started. But Paro has changed a lot.
As far as her interest in the show, I think her interest level in the shoe is pretty evident from her declining JDJ.. She never accepts other shows because her first commitment is to RR, even though her fans want her so badly. She has always refused dances shows because it will affect her commitment to the daily show she is doing. So I will not question her interest and commitment to the role and the show. And I don't think anyone relates to their role, neither does Ashish nor Sanaya nor Ananya. They are not like the characters they play.

Unfortunately i have to agree with the TM here... And expressions comes handy with consistent characterization..

@ Sunara,, I absolutely dont agree with those who say she is 'meh' actress... common we hav seen it all in her previous 2 shows.. she is capable to emote anything,, but i just dont see that in Paro,, something is missing, i cant point out what,, She was good in d beginning, but not anymore,, just like Rockerchic said, those heaving and downcast eyes expressions hav been done to death by her,,, she needs to bring in something new,, thats all,,😊

It is unfortunate that because of the poor story line and inconsistent characterization of Paro, people are taking chance to criticize Sanaya Irani's acting.

Sanaya Irani is one of the most versatile actors in Indian TV. And she has proven that time and again with different genres. Therefore, I find it totally irrelevant to talk about her acting. If anything, it is the character that deserves criticism, not the actor. Particularly an actor like Sanaya Irani. She has passed through those levels much much before when she needed advises about her acting skills.

I don't see any reason why we have to now give acting/expression tips to Sanaya Irani. If I were to advise something, may be i would have advised her to choose her characters carefully. Because as much as I love Sanaya Irani, i am unfortunately not a fan of characters like Paro.

I think she's limited by the roles she's offered,yes. And this is a more "daily soap" problem than a "Sanaya" problem.

But.

That doesn't mean she's a good actress, however.

The actress who played Thakurain have been giving unimpressive acting since the start.

KCM and Rudra been going OTT with there acting skills and one expressions which is abit too much for me to handle.

I think Sanaya is the best in emotional scenes she's unbeatable in that department for me

thank you NB! I know we don't see eye to eye on her characterization anymore n that is fine, as each to his or her own.. but that apart thanks for writing this post.
