Back to the serial, as I said in Adia's post, reel Jodha is definitely suffering from MPD. Since the doctors did not know abt it then, they hv failed to recognize the illness 😆

Yesterday's eppy is a huge 👎🏼 for me on both fronts (Jalal and Jodha).

Let me come to Jalal first. What the hell does he think s he doing??!!! Was he even in his senses yesterday? Has his role been changed from Akbar to Romeo or Majnu overnight??🥱

Do I even need to tell u how much The Jalaluddin Mohammad (to be) Akbar faking his death to make his runaway wife come out of hiding pissed me off?? Where is his sense of dignity, thought of his stature, sense of his responsibility to his kingdom, to his people?? 😡

So far, I admired Jalal and how he s taken up everything that he faced in his stride and NEVER complained about anything. But this faking death is 😲 He has lost it. BUT even after all this being said and done, this is still in line wid his character. We even got his talks with Todarmal which indicates this. He no longer believes that rules of love are different for Shehenshah. So he did all that as any lover wud do.

I respect him going all out for his Love, I do with all my heart. If this was some normal male lead I would be ooh aahing all over the place for him showing his love to all and sundry but The Emperor doing all this??? No, I cannot accept it.. This is a prominent historical character we are talking about... History ki to band bajate rehte hai CVs but character butchering & degradation is intolerable

I don't mind her outburst in the episode. But wat I did mind is, the dialogues. Someone needs to lock her in a room and play all those nonsensical dialogues 24X7 for a week. Even then I doubt if she ll understand. Its just not in her to understand others POV.

umm Krish, she was locked in her zhopdi with poor Kanhaji and talking all the same me, me, me stuff... its normal for her I think 😆

yesterday I was checking out old episodes. And god, Jodha had always been like this since beginning.

She was manipulative, selfish, OTT, egoistic, proud, gud for nothing woman.

however did we miss all this? Were we so blind then to not have realized these character traits of Jodha?

I guess then we had a Jalal who could be equally manipulative when he wanted to be, selfish to a certain extent, never OTT but yes he could rule over the whole room with just a smirk, when he walked u could actually feel like he is saying "I Am The Shehenshah" and proud of his lineage and himself... but now he has become a dheela insaan bcoz of love but Jodha is still the same, isliye the kami's in her are glaringly obvious now

As lashy said in some post, Jodha never uttered prem dialogues till now. Its our own fault that we mistook it for her shyness to accept that she loves him. She never loved him and She is not in love with him. The scape goats are Jalal and if he s not near by then Kanha and wen Kanha is not available then its Ambe Maa.

prem dialogues??? 😆 there should be a steady progress in showing a character's prem.. Jalal has shown that.. Jodha of Ben track and Kajri did that uske baad to prem tha hi nahi aur now when she suddenly says "bohot prem" all i can do is 😲😲😲 dikhao to prem... dikhao to realization... ek din uthke I will tell my mum I am Mickey Mouse, I hope she wont believe me 😆

Will she ever realize her own mistakes??? For every sentence, she utters, Kshama kijiye Shehensha. Does she even realize that? I think She just utters it for namesake.

I so wish Bharmal/Mainavati/Dadisa give her left right and center. By god, she deserves it this time!

I have watched a couple of K-serials till now and trust me, I have never seen such a shallow female lead till now! I thot Kasturi was the character with worst double standards until recently, but Jodha is surpassing her wid flying colors

Again all the double standards, the hypocrisy, the ego that is shown by the reel Jodha really really irritates us coz we know this is a historical, this person existed and whatever we have read... this is not HER.. this seems like the biggest injustice this show could do 😭

I ll end this by saying, LOVE is not a relationship, its a state of being! Jodha is still not in that state! And even if she comes into tat state I doubt I ll respect her🥱 She s out of my good books forever and ever!

Well said 👏 She LOVES everybody in Agra in Amer but her husband, so talking about HER being IN Love wouldn't matter now would it. 😆

Jeannie.. I'm yet to read it dear.. but I'll tell you one thing.. much as we try and discern and dissect every single glance, action and word of Jodha and Jalal - the bottom line is these two otherwise interesting characters are pawns at the hands of superior forces - i.e. the PH and the channel!😊

Since harem drama and Jalal's repentance has always brought about the maximum TRPs, they will go on with this forever! There is no reason for them NOT to focus on other important political issues otherwise...why political issues, they're not even focussing on a standard progressive love story like any other serial since the lure of MU-induced TRP is so high!

Their focus is eternally on MA-the-harem-postwoman (even MA's political ploys are not really being highlighted till lately) Ruqaiyya is possibly being shown much worse than she was...

We don't even have to begin through the abysmal horror Jalal's character was put through during the Ben track

Similarly, there is no reason to show Jodha realizing that it was her fault as much as his on one day - only to then conveniently forget about how the entire problem even started in the first place - not even when her husband is literally on his knees begging for forgiveness!

Just like it made no sense to show Jalal washing his hands off Ben one day only to indulge her later, Jodha is saying/doing some things in this track that are not making any sense to me. We can try and reason everything - but, people don't just blank out of the reality and blame shift suddenly - at least, not when the other person is moving heaven and hell to make amends - not good people like Jodha!

While she was right to hold on to her self-respect, her intelligence/magnanimity/love/sensibilities all have gone for a toss since she's not admitting her part in this. This is a person who has depicted her sensibility many times in the past.

Her downfall with this track started ever since she noticed 'he wasn't happy, but she didn't know why!' She left the harem responsibilities without reason to investigate something, which she didn't really follow up on and shifted to why is shehenshah sad, which led to a big MU where again she's not really doing anything to understand.

Now she says she never felt his love - is it fair to give her dialogues like this?

Forum-waasis who love Jalal may defend him during Tasneem/Ben track, but I couldn't and neither would the general public. Similarly, forum-waasis may defend Jo during this track but, I can't and neither would the majority of the general public I assume.

The least the CVs could have done is not butcher real historical characters like Akbar and HK for the sake of money!

Even HB has become a victim of reverse Saas-Bahu drama i.e. Ma-beta drama where Maa tortures the beta for not being able/capable enough to take care of bahu...where he's banished from ghar and can't return till he gives agnipariksha.. where she cares not if her son is alive as long as daughter in law is happy and safe! Bass the kitchen torture part is left, so I wouldn't be too surprised if we soon see Jalal making tea during a big family get together, serving one and all, both Amerwaasis and Agrawaasis - and HB slowly melting & realizing 'Hmmm...looks like my son's not too bad after all...maybe, I can think twice before I disown him...ek aur chance de hi deti hoon usse'😆

First I dont think Jodha knows the meaning of love and I dont think she is in love with him. When someone truly loves a person then she wont be able to stand by and see him suffer by putting more importance to your ego or respect according to Jodha. The guy had poured out his heart and confessed his love to her last week. He has been searching for her to the extend of faking his death and now begging for forgiveness where she is still unmoved. She talks about self-respect and Rajvanshis respect. I thought a Rajvanshi woman takes her husband as god and will die for him. So why not accept his apology over a MU which you conveniently have forgotten been the cause of it in the first place.

The thing which pisses me off is she is willing to forgive every tom, dick and harry including the likes of Sharifuddin and Bakshi who actually wanted to defame her name with the same accusation during the Fake Pregnancy track. None of them apologized to her or Jalal but she immediately forgave them and gave long bhanshans to Jalal forgive them too. Jodha, what happened to your long bhanshans on love and forviness or you only apply them when it suits you?

What I now really want to happen is for Jalal to leave her in Amer and he go back to Agra to take care of his Sultanate and let Jodha come back to him on her own. Please please dont show us again Jalal begging for her forgiveness, in tears and no more cheap tricks to win her like the fake death.

If Jodha got so offended by his doubting of her with an unknown man(mind you he was unknown to anyone there atleast) in her room and she refused to say who that is? That man had killerd 30-40 soldiers what should jalla do give him trophy? Should he not give justice what about that 30-40 lives lost????? And jodha was telling him do not punish him blah blah without revealing who that is??? jalla is not only her hubby he is an judge an emperor too

in court a criminal is asked did you kill or steal? If he keeps quiet is that not taken as admission of guilt especially if he was caught at crime scene??? It is so how is this case different??

Now if jodha is so offended how has she treated jalal

1) She put mirchi in his food(yes jalla felt it was her only) he forgave

2) She told him to go and die out of amer so that sukanya gets wedded he forgave

3) she suspected he had spent night with her and abused him he forgave

4) She was proved pregnant and he defended her with hamida, jiji anga, ruqu, maham everyone baying for her life hamida even told go and die we will say she fell in pond and died and akbar took anger of his mother for her

5) He too her dhaka for expressing his love not once but even yesterday

6) He supported her agian and again against his family, friends, religious, mullas

If he got angry once that too for her fault it was 90% her and sujamal fault any husband would react same way even in 21st century. She must actually thank him for not killing her that night??

What sort of justice is this a woman can get angry and misbehave without reason and man has to keep quiet and when once man gets angry that too not by mistake because of her error she is misbehaving and acting as if an unknown man has murdered or abused her??

And this big lie saying i never see love in his eyes. You could see love in suryabhan's eyes when he drew your painting when you went boat ride etc now suddenly for husband you cannot see love. Did not jalla scream i had loved you? Did not jalal risk his life to save you from tiger? Did not jalla gave his father's fort to your sister? What was that if not immense love?
