Poetic, quite literally Ana!

I can't believe I've missed out on reading this short story when you were posting it! Loved how you've depicted the beauty of Chaar Chand, and the blooming relationship of its two singers...beautiful! THIS Nani was an absolute treat to read! & Sigh, Arnav Khushi...ahh you always manage to unleash the boundaries of their characterization with every piece of writing...and this one is no less...wonderful read, thank you!

I loved the setting that you gave to this story. Who doesn't love the backdrop of a haveli, wherein the feel brought about by the mansion itself is unique in its way? And to see you did that while setting the story in present age is commendable.

The characters too were different, bringing about a quality of freshness in them. I must say that I loved Dadi just for the way she was. |Her spirit when it came to fighting cancer took my respect for her to another level.

I have to admit that I could not agree with Arnav's reasons behind not committing to Khushi three years ago. But I do draw solace from the fact that even though it was done at a time when awkwardness could have been caused for Khushi (wrt her fiance), Arnav did finally confess his feelings towards his lady love.

Just read your 'little story'...and what a beautiful one it is. I'm really impressed Ana, because you did wonders with this one just like you do with the humourous ones. I mean I laughed my head off when I was reading IC, but this this one touched my heart in a different way. This could have been a full fledged story, it has that potential, but I guess you are pressed for time and you couldn't really keep the story within yourself for a long time :)

I loved the relationships you portrayed between the three main characters, Khushi, Arnav and their grandmother. Aman is cute. I really enjoyed reading it.

I had kept this pending for my leisure time, although I got your scrap when you wrote it, but I wasn't free and I wanted to derive utmost pleasure by reading it with a mind at ease and no distractions and I'm not disappointed at all. It was just the kind of read I needed when I did read it.

Please keep writing (I know about the collab, will see you soon there)
