But, even going by this track, if Gandhara citizens are gonna migrate to Hastinapur, why would Duryodhan stop anybody else in Hastinapur from wanting to migrate?

Incidentally, they should have shown those old Satyavati fishermen joining the Pandavas in the journey to Khandavaprastha.

Guys isn't vikarn showed in a different way in this mb? He is shown to be happy with Duryodhans wins..like Dushshashan and be an active participant in Shakuni's plans..

They've flipped Karna's & Vikarna's characterization. In the original MB, Karna hated the Pandavas (& Draupadi) until Krishna told him the truth about him & Kunti. Conversely, Vikarna was somewhat ambivalent towards the Pandavas, but supported Draupadi on her question as to how could she be staked by Yudisthir after he had lost himself.

Here, while Karna has morphed into a closet Pandava supporter, Vikarna has been changed into one of the bad Kauravas. I wish they had picked a different bro instead of Vikarna - maybe Sudarshan, the last guy to die, or Duhsaha - the #3 Gandhari-nandan

exactly! U are right.. but why not vikarna himself? And i dont like Karn being shown in such a way. Now i think in Draupadis vastraharan also Karn will be protesting against it..not Vikarn. The original MB also stated that Karn was a supporter of their varnavat plan. But no,not here. I just wish they show the proper Karna. And the proper Vikarn. I hope they introduce Yuyutsu soon. And secondly, i have not read anywhere about Vrishali and Karn love story. (Sorry if i am hearting anyone or offending.) This is my doubt

They have missed the point on karnas character by picturizing him as too soft and tendency to expressively judge upon Duryodhan n his ways, which mayve b true insofar as he didn't entirely agree with some acts but to a certain point, here he is a silent observer n somewhat oddly attached to Kunti/pandava more than Duryodhan (!!!) he was passionate and this is missing at the moment, he should be encouraging and prompting Duryodhan to take up arms n fight for his cause but zilch. and there has been countless scenes incorporatibg him n Kunti instead to show his mellow side, but no indication that he was invested in the affairs of Kauravas ongoing rivalry with pandavas for his own reasons, his limitless loyalty to Duryodhana was the surplus to an often underlying desire to shatter Arjunas stature as the greatest warrior by facing him in war

I agree. 😊 I just wish they show Duryodhan and Karn's friendship more elaborately than his relationship with Kunti/Pandavas. In the real mb, Karna hated the Pandavas and especially Arjun. The scenes showing Arjun greeting Karna and Karn praising Arjuna (instead of being raged at the fact that he won Draupadi and Karn did not get a chance to show his dhanurvidya skills). I wish they don't show KArna protesting against Draupadi vastraharan instead of Vikarn(?!?!?!?!). I think they can do that because in Draupadi's swayamvar, Karna was shown to be very happy with Arjun's skills.(😆). So, Karna is not shown to be angry and unhappy to the fact that Arjun won Draupadi. So, will he insult Draupadi they way it is written in real Mahabharat?

I think there will be an incident between Karna or Arjuna( or MAYBE just MAYBE a sharanyantra of Dury and Mamashree😆😆 to change Karna's viewpoints about Arjun and Pandavs) so that the Kurukshetra field does not have a friendly fight instead of a cruel one (?!? well..)

PS- I think we should stop talking about Karna here as he has his own AT and its against the AT rules. SO lets go back to Mamashree and his pyaare bachho.. Pitashree k ankhon ka tara (YES! Ankhon! You read it right!))😉😉

Animosity between Indraprasth and Hastinapur begins in Star Plus' Mahabharat

The fight between Indra and Arjun (Shaheer Sheikh) has been keeping one and all hooked to the mythological treat Mahabharat (Swastik Productions) on Star Plus. And now with Krishna (Saurabh Raaj Jain) putting an end to the war, Indra has gifted a new kingdom Indraprasth' to the Pandavas.

Feeling impressed by the valour of the Pandavas, Indra will turn the barren land into a magnificent kingdom. Thereafter families from Hastinapur will decide to come to the new kingdom and start living there.

This will make Duryodhan (Arpit Ranka) really tensed. And seeing him worried, Shakuni (Praneet Bhatt) will convince him to lay strict orders on the people moving to the kingdom of the Pandavas and ask Karan (Ahem Sharma) to make the announcement.

Stopping Vrishali (Nazea Sayed) from going back to her family in Indraprasth, Karan will order his soldiers to arrest her. This will enrage Kunti (Shafaq Naaz) and she will tell Karan that he has no right to stop someone from being with their family. Seeing this, Dhritarashtra (Anoop Singh Thakoor) will decide that Kunti along with the royal family will not be a part of Indraprastha nagar pooja as they have to set an example for the people of Hastinapur.

When Karan will get to know about this, he will talk to Duryodhan and try to convince him. But after he fails to do so, he will decide to resign as the king of Ang. He will further tell Duryodhan that although he will never be able to do so much injustice to the people, he will always stay loyal to him as a friend. Duryodhan will get upset with Karan's decision but on Shakuni's insistence, he will agree.

So what all twists lie in the near future as the battle of Kurukshetra draws to a close?
