It's always been spelled krsna with the dots below rsn (tried to include the dots in my previous post but didn't work). What I am guessing is that the other names have a silent a (or maybe that's just how they talked?).
But Krsna has that extra "line" (I don't know the specific marking but you know how in letters that extra vertical line is added next to it when it's a long a sound... that's how krsna name is written, with the na emphasized.) ... thought not sure how the n (with underdot sounds)... it's probably written in some books I have, but I'm too lazy to check lol.. I'll get back to you on this later :)
