hi amlu,am trying to give honest answers. but doesn't mean I follow them all the time or even know what Iam talking about.
Few empty-headed grills from my end(😈):-

- Define happiness or meaning of happiness to you..happiness is a state of mind, just like sadness, 2nd: its a relative thing (depends who u r related to,hahaha)
- It's seems that you've analytical mind then how can you stop your mind from not to think too muchand go with flow approach?.analyze others n not yourself!, 😆don't over analyze, that spoils everything,just analyze enough to understand the situation, people,don't kill yourself if u make a mistake.nobody is perfect, everybody has some good , bad in them also.the three factors involved in any issue r : situation, other people, n yourself -the easiest /toughest to change, control in oneself n then the other two factors. so try to work on that. as i wrote in vassanthimas questions, a tree that sways with the wind is more resilient than a tree that resists, it will only break in two.(my moms words of wisdom) hence the go with the flow philosophy.- Is it possible or good to use aggression to overcome from depression?.again Iam going to blabber something. so bear with me.imagine u r sinking in quick sand. then u find a rope within reach, hanging from the tree nearby. u hold on to it and pull yourself up, only to find that it is a snake. u have to be careful not to get bitten by the snake now.you can pull yourself up when desperate, but have to be careful n extricate yourself from the new danger. aggression can harm the person n others too.- What is the secret of wisdom?.don't know, life, age, experience,?
- How you define meditation?.when the mind is calm, n quiet that is mediation.
- Any idea about origination of meditation?.no,
- How is meditation different from thinking/relaxation/concentration or self-hypnosis?.folks, experts i may be wrong, i have all half baked knowledge, this is what i think, i am not an expert on anything.there r different types of meditation,1 meditaion is trying not to think, in a relaxed state of mind, just let the thoughts flow, u be amere observer,2 kundalini style where u focus on a particular chakra point.self hypnosis could be apart of mediation, but mediation goes beyond that.- What type of meditation you enjoy utmost?.the two kinds i have described above
