only one small complaint and this is about all of dabhily, me included. We have too many pvt nicknames and acronyms for each other. This tends to push people out rather than include everybody in a family. I have a lot to do with you guys and I myself don't know who you mean or what you mean. So relative newcomers will feel ... well you know how they will feel. We were all new once.

So I don't know what the solution is, but I am lost in a lot of these posts throughout the forum.

Now Geeth, this is a clever way to avoid grilling - writing OS es with all the grillers! way to go!
