The girl Arnav loves is no more and he didn't want to marry anybody. Dadi forced him to marry Khushi and she is bearing one and a half year of loveless marriage. What made Dadi do this to her? Because she is orphan and is not having anybody she will continue to stay with them without demanding her rights.

Because Arnav didn't have courage to refuse Dadi he tied Khushi with him without giving her any rights. It is just "INTEZAAR" for her with no end to this wait in sight.
