Is Nikhil partially responsible for the outcome?

I finally finished watching today's (Oct 17 - yesterday for most of you now😉) episode and don't you all think that somewhere along the way Nikhil is also to blame for the outcome?

I mean the guy knew Laajo was not ready to face these people and instead of sticking around with Gunja to help prepare her for the evening, he went out to "hang" with his friends. Gunja did her part and made Laajo presentable but Nikhil should have also stuck around and helped her with regards to how to behave/act/mingle at the party. Instead he just kept getting upset (mind you I understand with her behaviour) but he should have at least gave her a heads up before bringing her to the party...

you are right I'll say both Lajjo and Nikhil are to be blamed but not Gunja.
She is the sister and did her job, as a sis and sis in law why should we expect more from her.
Nikhil never show interest as a friend also in Lajjo he just keep hanging around...at least he should teach her some good mannerism of the city, of his house...BUT more is Lajjo to be blamed because in this situation girls from the village or those who are not used to such party are very reluctant they keep to stay in a corner but here as I read from everyone posts she was overacting... the question is why was she trying to be part of the party ...but she was not able to here Nikhil saying Please Lajjo everytime.(I still did not watch the show by all your comments I'm not interested also)

Yup, he sure should have hung around, especially that day (he should have been doing this from the beginning but i'll let that slide for now😉).

Very true yet again Anju. She should have been more reserved. It's okay to be inquisitive but she could have asked Nikhil quitely or waited till she got home and asked Gunja, there was no need for her to jump into the mix and try to be like them on day one. Wasn't it enough for the 1st day hat she looked the part and was able to walk upright with the shoes😆?


Don't bother Anju. This is an epi you can definitely take a pass on... (the whole show just kinda makes you want to cringe each time Laajo does something inane).

Yes I agree Parm, when Barkha told him to take her to the party, he had misgivings so everything he was thinking he should have told her about, if they are married whatever is troubling him she needs to know anyway so why not tell her his misgivings for the evening as that would have made her aware what would be embarrassing and humiliate her husband, because she went to the party completely carefree and unconcerned about anything and whenever he was telling her stay here or Laajo please don't do that she wasn't really taking it in as she was so excited like a kid going to a fan fare type of situation. So instead of going to hang out with his friends he should have spent the day with Laajo to prepare her, as he knew what his mum was up to so his objective was to make Laajo shine and his mum's plans to fail, but he also wasn't interested so in a way he did bring this on himself again.

Nikhil should have given lajjo heads up about the party how to act and such.

He is not partially but entirely responsible for the outcome! He left a fish out of water and expected it to be kept alive by itself!😕 He had no ounce of sympathy, all he cared about was whether Ishaana made it home without any hassle! Unbelievable! Barkha, for the first time, spoke sense today! He knew but he did not bother giving Laajo a head-up! Unbelievable this dude is! and now he is blaming Laajo for him still being in the relationship when in essence he lacked the guts to do anything about it when he was given the chance!

I agree with you 100%...God...even after laajo taking the blame...he still did say aword to her not even thnk you wen he was at fault. ...Gunja was right he was scared of taking laajo Becuase he thought she would embarrass him...n he has to blame her...n what was the outburst for😲😡

I know Hana! And it was because he was shown the mirror, that he got annoyed and went to blast Laajo! He could not handle the truth! In all honesty, Laajo should be ashamed of him because her husband is out lusting for another woman's love!
