Chapter 1

>> Intro to characters

When he thinks of how screwed up things have gotten lately, he remembers the day when he was nothing but another guy with no family, no job and even no experience except his hope and Mr. Ahuja's kindness... his mind goes back to those warm moments- a few years ago... when things where less complicated for everyone.

A few years ago...

As he was allowed in the gates of the mansion, of course after an identity check.. which took a while, for he was no richy at that time... but by birth he was expected to take over the reins from his father's hand; he had no intention whatsoever in the hand-me-down a company tradition..but was it all? Of course not, there has to be something more to it, why did he turn down the offer on the first place when he would have gotten a content life accepting it. Guess his dad's word was above all this- most of all his self respect.

Thusly, he was here to learn the best strategies -to be a true businessman and chose Yash as his mentor and the latter obliged it with grace. Yash was one of those immensely successful businessman to be looked up on., the most honest and humble man, and he couldn't get any one better as his pupil as Jay.'

While all the thoughts of how Yash gave him a chance and time of his busy life and most of all how grateful he was to be the only one given that opportunity, his feet advanced towards the garden where he was to meet Yash.

Jay was passing by the ranch of the huge estate.. There where quite a few trees..huge and ancient ones. Some flowered and the fragrance they gave could make you feel lose your senses.

The spring breeze was cool and the sun gave its warmth... as he walked ahead, he saw a glimpse of something moving amid of the green... he lazily turns his head away.. what could be in those greens?

That thought of his had his whole life turn around.. the twist awaited for him in his future.. it all was in this moment.

Still, something in him urged him to see in that direction... he finds a pinkish peach dupatta flutter ..on focusing he saw the most prettiest scene... a young lady.. in a swing.. as the pic in Picasa his eye lens turn the scene into a chromatic picture or was it a chemical reaction gone wrong in his brain? Whatever that was..he could only think of.. those long, beautiful locks of hair which swung along the wind... her petite figure preserved in the skin hugging dress... the breeze kissed her cheeks..the butterflies played hide and seek with her...the shine of the semi glossy lips smiled in anticipation with the happy she was perhaps.

His mind spoke by itself seeing her..

Who are you, are you the sounds of nature.. the chirp of the birds,

Then why do it looks as the colours are hued in you?

The pull for you I feel this day was never before for anyone

Then why do my eyes greed to see you forevermore.'

After what seemed an eternal moment for him he literally pushed himself to his mentor but nevertheless capturing her image in his mind.

There was someone else too witnessing this...who could be?

Yash on the other hand discovered a glitch - spot in his business.. an unwanted one at that.

Then he thinks that he'd repair it..but was this ignorance of his, really worth letting go?

He tried almost all the means to forget his past.. and could only have one person in his life to pacify him-- his father.
