Who is the villain?

We have our leads - Aastha and Shlok. We have their companions. So the next question - who brings the conflict? Ofc with them being their own conflict, the need for the villain has not yet come. None the less, my thoughts on who the twitching, menacing, far too important bad guy is going to be.

The brother-in-law : He seems to want to one up Shlok, all though he is too afraid of him. Seems to be the kind of guy who would stoop low but can get away with it. He's a likely villain or at the least the villain' s accomplice.

The cha cha ji - Seems jealous of his very successful and respected brother. Doesn't hold back from calling out on the deranged family that is all show while crumbling from within. I don't think he's on the Dark side though. Seems like a guy who shows the mirror while remains neutral. He doesn't have anything against (yet) Shlok or Aastha.

The Mother - She seems most likely to be the villain. Everything the creatives have shown , point to her being the bad guy. The lead of the show, her son, seems to hate her for something she did to his GF(ex?), sister? (I mentioned the sister because we got to see the damad but not the sister, why did the damad of the house come to his wife's house without her? ) Perhpas Shlok is the only one who knows what she really did to his sister(?),/GF(ex?). But the obvious need not always be what it seems... which brings me to

The Father - Righteous, respected and accomplished. Nothing obvious points to him being the villain. He seems to be the pillar of support to Shlok, and considerate towards our female lead Aastha. Stood for the truth even though his son had done wrong. But behind a subdue woman, there is always a man who makes her that way. Are the actions of Anjali, reflecting the way she has been treated? For someone high and mighty he has no problem in his wife being nothing more than someone who is there to take care of him. If he gave her respect she wouldn't be wiping his shoes. I despise men like him.

As an end note I have two questions

1) Where is Shlok's sister?

2) Why is Anjali subdue?

I guess as the story develops further we will learn more about Anjali and her strange controlling ways. I also find da SIL too ambitious and seems like a person who will stoop to any level to get what he wants.

Totally in love with this soapie. Its awesome and mysterious

The DIL, yes I thought about her. But I don't think we know enough about her yet. Why is she putting up with crap? Will she have a breaking point? If so how far will she go? She's the mother of a cute daughter 😆 I don't think mother's of cute daughters can be villains? Eh? 😆 But yes something is seriously wrong with every member of the Agnihotri clan. Only our ever bright and bubbly heroine can set them right. Obvs.😉

I guess da main villain is shloks father...coz after astha doing soo much damage to dere well built respect n status he always,seems to be calm...plus he always,supports her n.encourage her seems lyk big motive due to wich he can actually forget all asthas mistakes...

MIL is soo obvious plus she seems to be da one who hates astha wid genuine reason...soo she cant be da real villain but she ll definately be used as one in.future...

Den even SIL can be villain as her hubby isnt given any importance n all importance n.limelite is taken.by shlok n in future astha also tou she can be villain plus she have probs wid mummy jee also n daddy jee is totally focused on shlok dat also irked her...

Dese 3 r my options 4 main villain category...i didnt included BIL coz he isnt dat happening face to be onscreen 4 long...

I guess Shlok's father Mr.Niranjan is the main villain...
Anjali has some big mystry hidden in her and has some emotions inside her...I have to wait and watch the mystry..

I think it is Shlok's father.

His mother, Anjali, I feel is a victim in all this and probably knows Shlok's father's true colours. That's probably why she is very subdued. Also Shlok blames her for something in the past but part of me thinks that she is covering up for Shlok's father.

Anjali is definitely a dictator but she also cares a lot about the family so I don't think she's the villain. I think Shlok himself is the villain since in an interview he said that he's the hero and the villain of the show. but we're gonna have to wait and see how things turn out.

Hahahaha u cracked me...no actor dese days r totally positive..dey r grey n mostly ppl luv grey characters dese,daysmore den.totally gudy gudy ppl...ppl r fed up of tulsi pravati n kumkum...ppl luv characters lyk yuvraj udayveer 4m DEK ASR 4m last season.of is pyaar ko...soo ppl lyk real characters soo u cant say shlok is main.villain he is grey character...

i also agree.. Mr. Niranjan is the villan.

Everytime he justs asks his wife...

you think I am wrong and she goes like you can never be wrong.

and that tapping on the plate for food showing as if the women are slaves.. thats wacked.

He seems like a psychopath who has everything under control. He wants Astha cause of his dad. who can get him permits and that is why he is ok with her mistakes so far.

He is proabably the one who told his wife to get rid of Shlok's ex I am sure. He surely has something to do that.

Rest are just here and there.. but yup he is main villain .
