I love you. Why? Because you are the best friend someone could ever ask for, because you're there for me all the time. Because only you can make me cry and then make me laugh hysterically. Only you know when i feel bad. Only you understand my weird language. Only you can hug me and actually make me feel better. I can only believe YOU when you say 'best friends forever', because i know you mean it. I know every little thing about you and I'd like it to stay that way :). I know you are the best friend in the whole world, doesn't matter what people think or say, you will always be my best friend...

Hundreds of friends will walk in and out of our lives. Most will come and go leaving a faint memory of their presence. Some will stay for awhile giving you memories to look back and smile on or heartbreak to learn from. But there will be some that come into your life and stay in your heart. They're the ones that god gave us to say sorry for everything else life throws at us. When everything else seems like it's falling apart they're the ones who are still standing beside you. They're there when you need them even when you don't ask or try to hide your pain. Through every fight, big or small, every time we push and pull, they always find a way back. One of life's greatest treasures is the gift of someone who's a true friend. So thank you for giving that gift to me.

Missing someone isn't about how long it has been since you've seen them or the amount of time since you've talked. It's about that very moment when you find yourself doing something and wishing they were right there by your side.
