Regarding Dhanush: It is true he is quite humble. He just focuses on his work. 3 was a good movie with good acting. But you know Mayakkam Enna had sort of the same kind of theme and they were released within the same year. Mayn found 3 to be the sequel of Mayakkam Enna. But it got critical acclaim..especially Dhanush's acting. Got him two awards for it too. FIlmfare Awards you might have read and another one is a Television Awards.
As for Mariyaan...his acting was brilliant. He should definetly get an award for the movie. He deserves a NA for it.

Vipsia.. i wud like to differ in that POV, mayakkam enna was no way a love story, "3" was a love story started in school and then going thru all the phases and later sacrifice and all.. Mayakkam enna was more of a mature film, and had some very unique concept..if u hv watched d film, then u cud have noticed that hw after his mistake karthik(Dhanush) deals wid it , his relationship wid yamini(female lead) remains d same, but only difference is that he doesnt do anything to ask for her forgiveness, he in his mind knew dat his try or begging wud be useless..
whereas in "3" it was all very different.. it was d love story fo a young couple, and no way Ram ( Dhanush) in "3" had any similarity wid karthik.. Ram was a happy go, rich boy, needs only his lady love, nd later suffers from a bad disorder nd frees her wheras Karthik from mayakkam enna was a struggler since d beginning, his work nd photography was his first passion and later i think ity was yamini..
but Alas, i found both d films very good, esp mayakkam enna, it was classy indeed.. and "3" just makes me smile in all the first half and sad in all the second half, nd dats what the director wanted to do wid her audience i feel..
nd yes Vipsia, inspite of being a BO failiure "3" has got a cult status, as i mentioned earlier.. nd yes he indeed deserved those awards.. i have never seen any actor playing all the different phases of a man so beautifully, Dhanush did.. no wonder, why i love him so much..lol
nd mariyaan, i loved d rustic avatar... any award in india present, i hope he gets for mariyaan.. fingers crossed.
nd i hope Simbu checks wiki for seeing Dhanuhs's achievements and then make another song 🤣.. i m sorry if i m rude, but does thsi guy even have any award, or acclaim as an ctor?.. if not then hw dare he compares himself against Dhanush ?
but this anthem in this video, i dont like it.... he made a mockery out of himself..
