The CV_DB and Nidhi reunion was a very well-conceived scene. These words say so much:

He runs a trembling hand through her hair as he mouths softly: Nidhi..! Meri achchi waali beti.

They convey his love, his yearning, his blessings and also a tinge of regret

BB was too good with his one liner at the right moment.

the ice should be broken by someone, right? Ashu toh kuch bolega nahi..so BB has to step in..

DB asking Nidhi about his fave dishes was good too. The lunch was well written again.. these lines made me laugh:

Kahi DB yeh na samjhle ki unke damaad babu ko sunne mein thodi taqleef hoti hain.

Ashu pocketing her pic was a wow scene. Anji ne dekh liya 😆😆😆

Ashu-Armaan convo was good. It is so sad na - armaan, bb and nidhi, everyone is trying to convince ashu that he is not his father, but.. ye jo darr hota haina, esp. arising from childhood trauma, it has strong roots and so its not easy to shake off for him..

Mammals? And Snails? Trust Nidhi to talk abt Mammals in such a connection. I ROFLing.. The idea was a novel one and the scene started v well... but u know my opinion on the rest of it... so I wont say anything here.

I loved the way he shouted at her with concern as she almost tripped. Later he takes his anger in a neg. light was also too good..Just because of his past, he is taking his anger in that light..and it was that little incident which pushed him to go to dr. rishab apart from the fact that nidhi wanted it. Liked Dr. Rishab's explanation about anger and its management.

Hot chocolate scene was yummy yummy mazaa aa gaya.. You know when BB coughed, I was reminded of the scene from the show - Anji's first morning in sasural and her FIL repeatedly coughing to make her cover her head and she just getting worried why he is coughing 😆

Ashu preparing hot choc. and that too with such precision 😆- can so imagine the scene..

The way she reacts seeing the hot choc and the way she drinks it - I had a big grin on my face thru out the scene...

sensitively written scene - when she tells him abt the first scan and the way he flinches first and then composes himself - was really good. and then she asks abt his session and he does not want to share much abt it with her, was well portrayed..

will he come for the scan.. or wont he? I think he wont...

guessing game is on...some say he will and some say he won't...let see..😛

A good chapter overall - that sometimes just makes u sit up and think - esp. the very normal incident of a loving hubby chiding his wife for being careless and falling. its a very normal thing, yet ashu takes it in a diff. light...
