The movie was so so. The first half was really good. Second half is complete and idk why it drags so much. As a deepika fan m disappointed by her performance. After cocktail, I thought this one wouldvmake her shine. Its just a flowerpot role and nothing else. Kalki is the main performer. Ranbir steals it again. 3 hrs long movie. Ah ah, wait for the dvd instead

why noone talking abt drunk bunny and avi singing kabhi kabhi mere dil mein khayal aata hai...🤣...

it was hilarious🤣...happy and drunk bunny sings kabhi kabhi in the memories of naina becos he got his love...right after the passionate kiss happened b/w naina and him...he was drunk and he sang the song...and avi being deadly drunk gives him chorus...🤣...a must watch...drunk bunny singing kabhi kabhi...🤣...it reminded me of my own home during diwali...when my cousins were drunk and singing old songs...all were besuras😆...and i got irritated...they all sang sad songs...at least bunny sings a romantic song...ayan really brought me into memories...this one thing will happen in all my diwali...i really miss them...

ranbir ruined the song for me...he is such a besura...he should not sing at all🤣

well in this movie..its a complete opposite of veronica of cocktail...the way she portrayed her various emotions as naina...and the way she transform from nerdy scholar naina to beautiful and sexy Dr Naina...was amazing...in this movie we can't expect her to be loud as veronica...and naina is completely deepika in real life...the way she emotes her emotions were excellent

"Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani" took nation by storm yesterday and trade was happily surprised with such amount of humongous craze. Few so called fans and jealous souls left stunned.

Film collected 19.45 cr nett on day one which was best opening day in 2013 beating "Race 2" by huge 30%. Film was also 2nd best non holiday opener and 4th best of all time.

Film continued good work on 2nd day and it seems that there is no stopping this phenomenon. Film was superb again in Delhi, UP, East Punjab and Central India.

As per early estimates, film should collect 17.90 cr nett on day 2 but this is as per trends till evening and film can go around 20 cr depending on night and late night shows. A slight drop is normal after such huge day one if at all that happens.

Film is set for 58 cr nett weekend collection for sure and at best can touch 60 cr nett.

Deepika didn't have a flowerpot role! Yes compared to Ranbir's role it was small but not flowerpot!

Flower-pot is what was in Race2

Flower-pot is what was in Race2

i agree...the movie is more on ranbir...well it was expected...as its ayan direction...but deeps overshadowed ranbir completely in certain portions...and match with his talent...

Emotes ? I m sorry but when does emotions and expressions really come on her face. Acting wise she is still bad nd there is no doubt on that. Kalki is so much better than her and I thought she would make a better heroine.

Deepika needs to take acting classes. No wonder Sanjay leela bhansali blasted her so many times.

It will be disgraceful if she wins best actress award on some deserving one. Just how preity zinta won for her role in 2003
