hello guyzz...hows all?!!😃ok i came up with the idea of this os two days ago.i was standing near the window of my hostel room and a fireflies ran through the window...giving me the idea of this story.it is generally based on piya's feeling after she came to know about abhay's truth being a vampire and when she was leaving dehradun!!😉.i don't know how much i have justified the story...but just gave a try...it again sounded so crap to me after reading!!😆.
Tell me babe, how many do I shed my tears?
Every Heart Every Heart is not a gentle yet
Shall I do? I can never say my loneliness
Every Heart doesn't know so what to say oh what to do
I was afraid of darkness cause I felt that I was left alone
So I prayed for help to the distant million stars

~os-night of the fireflies~
the cold chilly wind came through the window and brushed her face,ruffled her black shiny hairs.the cold wind of himalaya ice cold and razor sharp.the all passengers of the volvo bus closed the window and warpped themselves properly with the warm clothings.but the girl with shiny black long hairs,wearing a long skirt and a full sleve white sweater only didn't seemed a bit bothered by this chill.if someone got a close view to that girl they could sea her lovely face was sowllen and seemed so gloomy.her lost eyes were all fixed to the outside of the window,to the pitch dark forrest walls of the night!!not a single pinch of light cld be seen.somethings shinning at the corner of her eyes!!!tears?!!!she let out a sigh.what was she hoping for?!!whom she was searching in that endless darkness.she left everything behind!!she left him!!!on her own will which she cld never imagined before.but the last night changed each and everything!!!
her baby brown eyes took a quick glance.evryone was silently having their sleep on their respective sits.but she cldn't!!from the last night she cldn't drop her eyelids for once cause whenever she was clsing her eyes she could only c that demonic inhuman face.deep blue deathly eyes,bearing two sharp cannies which were always eager to rip apart the vane of his pray...the inhuman hardness of that face coming staright towards her walking through that huge devastating fire and shoving away those obstacles in pathway so easilly!!!...
a tremendous wave of cold numb shiver ran down her spines and she jerked up.she clutched the 's' letter embaded pendant on her throat tightly.the only belonging of her mother.only thing which was giving her strength till now."excuse me mam!!!..."someone said loudly from her side which made her jump on her seat.she was lost again.she didn't saw the conductor coming to her side."yes!!.."she asked catching her breath."mam ur ticket pls!!..."conductor said.she let out her ticket."hmmm...pia jaiswal!!seat no 13!!ok...have a safe journey mam!!"conductor gave her ticket back and left.pia shied again and burried her head on her chest.she was feeling so low.her chest was feeling so tight.she wrapped her arms arround her chest to hold on.looking at her calm sacrastic face no one could imagine what's going inside her.pia was always so smooth in hidding her emos from others.from her friends,her relatives.no one cld look through inside her untill she allowed.but the only exception was him!!!unlike others he cld read her so easilly.just like she was a open book to him.she felt so surprised at first that how could he decipher her each and every unspokable words,her emotions from the very first day.he puzzled her each and every time,with his unusuallity.his impossible ways to save her from each and evry danger,his rude arrogant behavior to her without any reason,despite of that...the intense eager eyes which was always fixed towards her secretly when she was arround,couldn't help but to increase her attracktion for that mysterious personallity more and more.he was just like a magnet!!pulling her each and and everytime towards him again and again.how much she tried to keep herself away from that magnet it pulled her with it's full foerce and she ended up being in front of him despite of knowing that he would again shove her away from him forcefully!he forced her,urged her not to come close to him.it might destroy her forever!!!but she cldn't!!she was trapped in his magnet helplessly.another gust of cold wind crushed over her feature and she looked up with gloomy eyes.each and everything made her to remind him.even in this icy cold freezing night breeze she could feel his cold inhuman hands arround her feature,his cold freezing breath in her neck.her heart again skipped a bit and she flinched.how could he still have so much impact upon her after knowing about his true form!!why??!!!why couldn't she stop herself to think about him again and again?!!he was nothing but a beast,a creature of the night,a lifeless creature who was dead long ago,a heartless soulless creature...who only survived through the blood of living beings.the handsome greek god like face,that deep oceanic blue eyes,her savior her angel...was nothing else but actually a vampire!!!...she crushed her head on the seat behind in frustration.she cldn't think about him anymore!!he had to forget and moove on.why was it being so hard?!!she wanted to forget him.but it was feeling like taking out her heart from her chest.her heart still bit on his name...silent tears rolled down her eyes.it was her good luck that the lights of the bus were all turned of and there was only darkness.the seat beside her was also empty.so no one could observe her dumb outbursts.the bus speeded through the dusty hill roads accelerating it's speed.how much it was going far from the dehradun pia could only think that she was getting more and more further from him!!from abhay!!!
she wished..she badly wished that she wasn't the curious cat she used to be!!she should never show interest in knowing about abhay's truth!!what would be the problem if she didn't knew?!!nothing!!!if everything turned back to normal just like before!!if that demonic creature was nothing but just a nighmare.he warned her not to be curious about his truth...cause he knew that it wld change everything!!!she couldn't be eable to face that!!but she was the stubborn and nucklehead as always.she didn't stooped untill she came to know the truth and it shattered her each and every dream.her world crushed in front of her eyes as soon as she saw that demonic face approaching to her crossing that deathly flames.that flames burned her heart as well.now she was just burning just like that old broken house in forrest.pia felt her warm tears on her chicks and running down her throats.there was no one to shed those tears like before.if he was there he wld surely...again him!!was there a single thing in her which didn't related her to him.her each and every breath,her tears...all made her remind about him.whenever that warm oceanic eyes flickered on her mind her heartbit loudened again...abhay!!the name which were connected to her each and every exictance!!!still she couldn't match up that beast with him.true he was rude to her always.sometimes his nasty tricks to make her stay away irritated her like hell but he never appeared to be evil!!all the time when she was allone and she needed someone...he was there,solely,silently...he didn't do that for any perpose,to impress her or to make her awww just like those other attention seeker boys do with her.each and everytime he saved her from danger,and got mixed in the crowd so that she couldn't know how much he cared for her...!!!suddenly her heart thuded loudly in this understatement...he cared for her!!!of course he cared for her!!otherwise he wld never do that.no one told him to save her each and everytime...to be her permanent shield...wld he have any benifit in all this!!...saving her all the time in unusual circumstances and create the danger of exposure of his true identity!!she just remembered his expression when she flinched away from him in fear and disgust just after relavation of his truth.he was so shattered and broken...she was all shaking in fear of that beast standing just next to her...!!!!but his shocked and painfull eyes was making her so confused.when she was screaming in fear and calling someone for help his low painfull voice just uttered only few words.."pia!!!...tum mujhse bachneke liye help mang rahi ho!!..."she didn't understand the intensity of that words but at that moment she understood the deep scratch he got by her activity.just before some moment when he came in her hostel she just rushed in his arms...holding him tighter so that he never got apart from her and just after knowing his truth she ran away from him!!!how?!!how cld she be so much feable?!why didn't she just gave him a chance to explain.even in the morning when he came before she got into the bus.he didn't complained a bit!!he didn't said a single word.but his painfull eyes were all telling her his unspoken words.she knew him.he would never tell her if she hurt him.how much the scratch might be...he would just hide it under him.that so called beast...heartless,lifeless...cared for her like no one ever did for her before and what just she did?!!she just ran away from him without thinking just for once!!!god what had she done??!!!she almost stroke her head!!she was a bloody fool!!how cld she ever imagine that he wld harm her anyhow?!!she felt so disgusted towards herself...!!she didn't had the strength to face the truth of that person whom she loved?!shame on her...!!!she almost broke down at that moment.he was right.she was nothing but just a weak feable human!!powerless...!!she knew from the begining that abhay was not a normal human.in middle she did get the clue that he might be a vampire!!!but true to said her heart never believed that craps!!her mind was all aware about the consequnce but her foolish heart was everytime battling with her mind.she did all this foolishness just to convince her mind that her night in shinning armour cldn't be a killer!!but at last her mind won and her heart lost the battle...!!piya opened her eyes.the bus was heading through the darkness...just like her life was leading to it!!the weather was becoming more chilly.temperature was drooping more loe with the each and every passing hours of night.pia shighed again.may be,abhay was right!!they were not meant to be together forever.her victorious mind had taken all over her and her bleeding heart was all silent.her mind was telling her the truth.she was just a mere human.a creature full of life...she had her own life to spend...she had her own destiny!!he was a creature of darkness!!the darkness which cld never belong to her life!!!there was always a unbreakable boundery of life and death between them!!life and death could never belong to each other...thats what he always used to say.he wanted pia to moove on her life and she was doing so!!..
suddenly with a cracking sound the car stooped and with a jerk pia came out in reallity.not only her,all the paasengers who were sleeping soundly got up from their dreams and looked foroward with hazzy bluuery eyesight.the lights got on and pia quickly rubbed her tears and composed herself.she looked outside through the window like other passengers.they had approached to a small locality near a roadside shade...it might be some hotel but it was now closed.there was a hilltop and a huge ground just at some diatant.some local peoples were arround the place...she saw some men over that hilltop gathering arround a bonefire and heating up their hands."hey what happened?!!"some of the passengers asked.the conductor informed about the major fault in engine!!he affraid that they had to spend the whole night there!!but no need to worry!!the place was known to them and all those people were quite known.there was a huge buzz of irritated voice allover in the bus.piya just shied and leaned on her seat keeping an eye on the outside.her fate wldn't let her leave that place so easilly!!...
as the night became more dark the buzzing got lighter and one by one again drifted into sleep.piya never mooved from her position.her sleepless eyes were all fixed towards outside.she didn't know how much far she was from dehradun or was there any scope for her to go back.stupid stubborn heart!!...never gave up hopes!!she smilled sadly.the night was clodless and clear.there was chillness but not a tress of fogs!!suddenly she saw a flicker of mooving light near her window.piya smilled...!!a little firefly.that firefly seemed confused looking at her sore expression.it suddenly rounded and danced arround might be to cheer her up.her smille wided.pia remembered how in her childhood she used to rush behind those fireflies to catch them but they never got into her hand.her mom told once that tjose fireflies were the souls of dead peoples!!when a good people die...they became firefly and show their dear once the path in dark moonless night,they always be with their dear once in form of fireflies...a ray of little hope in pitch endless darkness!!might that firefly was also some of her dear onces' soul who came to cheer her up in her sad time.pia tried to touch that firefly but it slippeed and mooved upward.pia peeped outside and was suddenly marvelled to find a huge bunch of fireflies gathering arround and heading towards somewhere.her eyes wided.so much fireflies!!!where they were heading to?!!she couldn't dominate her quriocity and slowly got outside from the bus.all the prople arround was sleeping so no one observed her.pia was dumbstuck by the scene she saw.from each and every corner from the forrest...from the hidden place of tree leaves from the bushes,the uncountable...billions of fireflies were coming out in unison.they were all heading towards the fire that was on that hilltop.there were nopeople arround and all fireflies were gathered arround that fires dancing,flying,like they were also the part of that fire too.the path in which the bunch of fireflies were heading to the hilltop were looking like a huge wave of light!!just like a small part of a milky way had deattatched and fell on the earth.pia was dumbly looking at the scene.in her whole existance...she ever thought that she could experience such unusual and so beautiful scene ever.everyone was sleeping!!she was the only watcher of that scene.might they firefkies were their just for her!!!...again a firefly came near her face.pia looked at that firefly iwth wide eyes.it mooved arround her a bit and again flied back tpo join the procession with it's friends!!might be it was calling her to follow her.she mooved her frozed powerless feet towards the hilltop.in the way some of the fireflies came and joined her.like they were leading her.slowly,taking low pace,fixing her marvellous eyes towards the scene she came at the hilltop.the place didn't seem belong to this earth.pia felt like she had reached somewhere else...so further from human world!!the fireflies were gathered all arround the ground!!they were everywhere.near the grass,near that fire,even they had covered the sky.the moon also seemed fade in front of that billions of light dots,removing the darkness of night.the fireflies were dancing...running enjoying in their own tune..like it was some kind of their festivals and pia was only invited their.she came near the fire.the fireflies had created a garland of lights arround that fire and they all were jumping inside that flame!!!without thibking for a while...without any fear of death they were rushing straight inside that flame...so joyfully.like they were so lucky to be a part of that fire!!!...she was dumbstuck by that scene!!she watched a firefly running straightly towards the fire...but suddenly in a gust of wind the flame got sided.like the flame slided purpously to save that poor innocent firefly!!but the firefly was stubborn!!it again got arround the fire and that time the fire had to embrace it!!!...boillions of fireflies...joining hands to jump inside that fire!!...just near her eyes!!the scene was so fearfull yet so mervelous!!!...in that silent night,experiencing the beauty of the destrucktive death so nearly...pia understood a thing so clearly...she and abhay...were just like those fireflies and fire!!destined to meet eachother and to be destroyed into each other...!!!how far they would try to be seperated from eachother...at the end they wld just meet like this fire and fireflies and wld get burn in each others love,a love that was so unique...destrucktive as well as beautiful in it's own way...!!pia sat there for a while...watching the natural firecrackers created by those fireflies...!!she knew what wld she do next!!might be this fireflies called her hear to remove all the darkness from her heart and to fullfill her life with ray of hope...!!!as the night got darker the fire got turned off naturally and slowly the fireflies also got dissapeared...suddenly pia heared a sound of bus!!it was coming from the opposite side of the road...without missing a chance pia rushed down the slope...!!
pia reached at the hostel when the night was just abuit to end after some hours.she didn't expected mishe to be on her room waiting for her all the night.when she saw pia coming inside she was all shocked.at the next moment she bursted out on her!!!pia had to face so much difficulties to convince her!!she understood how much love she was leaving behind.she belonged to hear!!surrounded by those people!!who might not be her own siblings but might be more than that...!!after some moment misha was convinced.she gave her a boy scout salute and left cheerfully!!pia sat on the bed for a while.suddenly her eyes shifted towards the open window and she saw two fireflies flying there.she smiled and forowarded to the window.it seemed they had come to meet her if she had reached safe and sound...she smiled with all her heart and stretched her hand.that time one of the firefly sat on the nape of her finger.she smiled and took that hand near her face.it again rushed suddenly at that moment her eyes fell on the front.in the mild streetlight she didn't missed to recognize that black marcedise standing near the entrance of hostel and from the driving window that beautiful oceanic blue eyes were all fixed to her!!amused,shocked and somehow happy!!pia didn't missed the faint glow in that eyes!!so even he was missing her?!pia felt that and smiled widely towards him.he seemed so confused not to find that earlier fear in her face...pia leaned to the window and called lightly,"abhay!!...".suddenly his face got harder and he looked away from her face.at the next moment the mercedice took a turn and got further..pia smiled towards the distancing car!!she knew he wld be mad but no need to worry.she knew how to convince that stubborn vampire!!!she knew someday he wld say those words to her which she longed for all days and she wld make sure that day was not so further.she looked back to the dancing fireflies,"thank you!!!..."she whispered.the two pair of dots danced around a bit!!like apriciating her gratitude and got vanished in night sky!!!...
