Its quite similar but a little different. When RK saved Madhu from Balraj he risked his life without knowing it could come to that, he did not know he was going to be beaten up or almost dead. he did not know anything about Bajraj's reality and his plan to kill Madhu. I bet it was just a reflex, he had to save Madhu but maybe later when he questioned himself on why he put his life on line for Madhu, the girl he was faking everything with, he satisfied himself saying it is part of the game.
For Madhu its a different situation. She knows she loves RK, She knows what she is going towards and the consequences she might have to face. RK was not aware of his own emotions or the consequences when he was playing his revenge, but now he realizes it. His ego does not let him accept it out loud but deep inside i am sure he knows the mistakes he made.


She jumps from the building because she knows RK loves her and that he would not let her fall...she trusts his love but RK does not trust Madhu. Maybe her game is just to make him realize how much damage he caused to Madhu by giving him similar pain, betray him. This time worse because RK always said that Madhu fights in front, never stabs behind back...so how would RK react
