Indra was worried that what was happening in the outside world ...Lord Shiv tells him that MA DURGA has started playing her illusios on mahishasur to kill him...
after hearing the description of Ashtabhuji ,mahishasur sends his messenger to go to Ashtabhuji and give her his marriage proposal...
messenger goes and gives the marriage proposal to Ashtabhuji...she becomes angry and calls all danaavs as fools...she says his king doesnt knows anything abt her ..then too he wants to marry her ...
but she cannot marry an evil like him...the messenger becomes angry ...but he cud not harm ashtabhuji as he was bound by his king mahishasurs words...
he goes back and again tells what ashtabhuji said ..to mahishasur...mahishasur doesnt becomes angry instead he thinks it must hv been the fault of his messenger as he doesnt knows anything abt love ...
he then again asks his messenger to give the marriage proposal to ashtabhuji but this time he shd take the beautiful ornaments for her...on his behalf ...
then MA DURGA creates an illusion for mahishasur ...all of a sudden he start seeing a lady in black saree decked with ornaments and crying ...he goes to her and asks her the reason why she was crying...she vanishes...she was none other than MA DURGA...
