Anandi could have firmly told Pushpa that it was her office, moreover it was a school, and that it was against the school rules to quarrel in the school premises.

The woman is already missing her husband and seeing him all smiley and happy in the presence of another woman when this is what she wants for herself.

They were fighting with each other and that can't be a reason to be rude towards them and throw them out especially if they happen to be the parents of her student.

They are not causing any threat to school security or harming the principal with their washing of their dirty linen in public.

But there is a code of conduct. Pushpa has insulted her every time she met. When husband wife fight she is suppose to alert them this is her cabin. Atleast have some respect.

You think Anandi is looking at women in pushpa who loves her husband and wants him back. Seriously when did Anandi say that... Is divorce a joke? two days before the same women was screaming for a divorce in her cabin. Puspa s problem is she has to badmouuth anybody whom she comes across.

Pushpa does not want her husband back, nor is she missing him... She just wants to prove to her daughter that between the two of them, her father was at fault for their marriage failure.

She said to her daughter "you are a child, you dont know anything..." this shows that she was tying to influence her daughter against her father... She only wants her daughter, not her husband back.

She wants her daughter to leave her father and come to her. But her this attitude is reason why her daughter is with her father.

If school children are fighting with each other it is the responsibility of the teachers to sort out either by punishing them or using other means

If there is conflict between teacher and student it becomes the responsibility of the school principal to sort that out.

If there is a conflict between a student's parents and teachers regarding the issues related to the said student's school issues - it is principal's responsibility

If two adults who are estranged couple start fighting between themselves in someone's office on an issue which is no way connected to the school, the student or the principal why should the principal interfere?

Don't they know that they are not supposed to fight in public this way?

Why should she interfere in matter which is no threat for the security of the school or the principal.

Two badly behaved adults who are not breaking any lwas what is she supposed to do about that?

Well the answer is really simple
Anandi is principal and it's her cabin... there is something called code of conduct even parents can't create a scene in school. So Anandi had to stop pushpa.

In your eyes, Anandi can be never at fault.

Anandi's staff did try to prevent Anant from barging into her cabin in the introductory scene.

If Pushpa didn"t want her husband back it wouldn't matter to her if another woman is eyeing her husband as she accused Anandi.
