Defenately Yes.
Whether playing character of a villian like in coolie or a comic character like in Dulhe Raja/Haseena maan jayegi. He did incredibely well.
Ur right he is underrated.

He is legndry actor and Ofcourse he deserves LIA . Loved his chemistry with Govinda , Salman in all David Dhawan movies.
