Why Akki why ? I recently saw OMG - if you are capable of that why do you do films like these. My dil is broken ji. Atleast SRK had a great performance in JTJH - you are capable of so much more.

Khiladi 786 First Day Box Office Collection. Early Trends

Khiladi 786 Friday Collection at the box office should come around 10-11 crore nett mark as per early trends. Actual may vary as large center report still to receive. Wait for actual to receive. Opening Day Collections are decent considering normal working day release, but much below the mark of Rowdy Rathore, Housefull 2 and Talaash which were also normal week release. K786 will show jump on Saturday and Sunday, but how much only time will tell.

K786 has performed well in Single Screens and Mass belt centers. Collections are good in UP, Rajasthan, Bihar. But it is below par in Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai, East Punjab. Multiplex business is anyways low for the whole day. Single Screen occupancy is around 60% for the whole day, whereas multiplex occupancy is around 30% on average for the day.

Akshay Kumar has given Mega Hits in Rowdy Rathore, Housefull 2 and OMG and same is expected from Khiladi 786. As for public review of K786, it is extremely mixed and erratic.Opening Weekend is hard to predict now and Saturday collections will throw some light on that.

Khiladi786 First Day collections early estimates..

Single Screens:
Movie had brilliant day here all circuiit were good ecept CI ehich was also got but not upto the mark.. Movie saw a bit up and down throughout the day.. CP and EP opened strongly but fell very early also which was not expected but again picked up in night shows.. Same waas the case with UP, but it also picked up in night shows.. Most surprising was Rajhastan which opened at record pace but fell heavily then but again picked up in the evening show and now its decent.. Overall movie had good run here but not as strong as was rowdy rathode.. Late night shows will tell where the final figures are going.. Average occupancies here are around 68-69%..

Multiplexes:-
Movie opened very low in multiplexes all over but picked up soon.. Best pick was seen dehli but surpeising thing was mumbai which remained almost average venture through out the day, movie picked here but pick was very low.. We were expecting high pick.. Mysore and West Bengal almost remained dull with west bengal bit better.. over all movie had an average day with around 44-45% occupancies here..

Overall:-
Movie had good first day in single screens and average first day in multiplexes.. Movie is much lower than rowdy rathode.. Going per trends and expecting average fall in late night shows movie first day is coming around 11-11.5 cr first day.. Its very good figure and there is huge ability of growth.. But if late night shows sustain than we can have over 12 cr first day also... Guys keep visiting public response of Khiladi 786 ans 3 week worldwide collections od JTHJ ans SOS coming soon.. Thanks

Khiladi 786 Has Disappointing Day One

Khildi 786 is set to have a disappointing day one. The film was never likely to have a huge first day but the early first day figures are set to be well below the mark. A Talaash sort of opening or 5-10% less would have been okay but the early figures coming in from Delhi/UP, East Punjab and Rajasthan suggest that even a 10 crore nett total is not on the cards.

The figures from other circuits may surprise but its unlikely as if an Akshay Kumar starrer is weak in Delhi and East Punjab where his starrers are normally so strong then other places will find it tough going.

A likely scenario is a first day total between 8-9 crore nett and if night shows are strong it may add another 25 lakhs odd to the total.

Whatever the total it is simply shocking that an Akshay Kumar mass entertainer has collected less than a film like Jism 2 in Delhi/UP and East Punjab on day one. These sort of opening numbers in key circuits means the film needs a miraculous jump over the weekend.
