Kareena's English is lazy. She's the worst offender.

Deepika has the worst accent.

Kangna has improved a lot, she's pretty good now.

Sonam also has a wannabe accent.

Priyanka is tolerable.

Katrina is well rehearsed.

Aishwarya has her own style, I like it.

Karisma is impressive.

Kajol is a motormouth! And her English is ridiculous at times, if not entertaining.

Personal favourites: Rekha, Sushmita Sen, Shilpa Shetty, Lara Dutta, and despite the accent, Preity Zinta

Kangana speaks very well. She has worked very hard to improve her english and it has really paid off.

I hate the way Kajol speaks. Every word of hers comes out so harsh and sounds crass to the ears.

your list is not bad but dont agree with kareena, Aish comments And in my opinion the most polished are Preity,Lara, and Sush

kangana has the heaviest local accent himachali accent

not appu wala.

but she talks with a lot of intelligence for her age and shes

not boringly diplomatic so her interviews are interesting to

listen to.

ash and kats are sleep inducing. kat because she is an introvert

and ash because she uses complicated language and sentences

to put a really simple point across.

but language and spoken wise sushmita, ash, lara, priyanka

are wayyy on top. after all, theyre all miss worlds and

universes and it shows!

I pretty much agree with this list except for what you said about Aishwariya and Karishma. Haven't really heard much of Shilpa to judge her...

They all have their weaker points when talking in English..it's funny because they speak English more than Hindi in their interviews, as if English comes to them naturally and Hindi does not..yet their English and their way of communicating in English isn't all that great..makes you think how bad their Hindi is then.

Personally find Deepika's English accent annoying.

I think Priyanka can easily express herself in English and speaks it fluently as opposed to the others..but when she fakes that American accent, then it's annoying.

i find Ashs accent annoying because it comes out more

strongly when she's doing foreign interviews.

For me theres nothing fake about PCs accent because

her Miss World interviews 10 years back are same.

She was educated in Boston and that just IS her accent,

thats why she is able to speak with so much flow and ease

and intelligence. he doesnt hv to struggle to keep up a fake

accent.

yeah I can understand if Priyanka had an American-ish accent throughout her career..however, she just tends to put on the accent depending upon where she is which is a bit annoying. Either you talk like that all the time or you don't.

yeh ppl who are born and bought up in india for a major part of their childhood and adolecence and go abroad for 2-3 years to complete education dont "automatically" develop an accent just like tht...i know coz i am one of them...

they r pretty much faking it or putting it on to "fit in"...

PC's english abroad or anywhere apart from india sounds alarmingly different to the way she speaks english in india...hence, the accusation of a fake accent.
