I have spent about 8 years in media and advertising, and know eactly how these things work.
Episode Spoilers
PH has to send the episode DVDor upload on to channel FTP's a day before it is aired, the people reponsible in scheduling department allocate into the time slot allocated for that serial. Note- The two ladies who give spoilers can only give spoilers for that day, they cannot give
beyond that or max they give info on the number of episodes given by channel
Promo Spoilers
Promos will have to reach channel atleast 3-4 days before they are aired. bcoz they are scheduled along with the ads. These are all looped into the system and they play by default.
Note- The Spoiler lady gives info about the shoot of promo bcoz the promo ususally take half a day and sent to the channel the very next day.
No individual on the set is allowed to speak about the track or concept outside or moreso publish in media.
Some extent PH entertained this so thet the buzz is on
The spoilers have access to the content that is being aired a day or so early All they are doing is add some spice to the story and say, they know Barun and Sanaya etc. There will be atleast 100 people on the set, do you think Barun and Sanaya donot have better work than chitchatting with these spoilers.
Coming to uncle/friend/ working in channel and crap People might have personal relationships My boss and John Abraham(film star) were colleagues, they still meet and greet each other, but my boss will never ask if John is marrying other girl. Never the less being in close circle they will have some clue about it. Same in IPK land, the so-called uncle will have no clue about Barun's leaving, but might have some info like how we have.
So guys, just chill, enjoy the show, this is all 15 min fame games, donot react too much
