Oh yeah, Asha Bhosle has a very sexy voice. All the above songs are friggin awesome. My dad was telling me that Lata Mangeshlar was really mean towards her sisters, never let them rise above her. Dont know much about her but I'm just glad I dont have to hear her sing again

She's indirectly inviting Meena  πŸ˜† Meena! The floor is yours.

Meena? Oh, where is she? I miss her one-liners! πŸ˜† I don't post here often so don't know if she's here or not. And didn't know she liked AA. We have something in common πŸ˜†

@Eraser: I also love Asha's voice. She can definitely sing for the younger lot - still has that spark in her voice. But she comes across as arrogant and cold to me. I guess when you are successful, you can afford that!

ahhh maan... my parents would hate me for saying this lol

but I really never like Lata's voice =/ Though admittedly, the lady has plenty soul in her voice.

But I just can't relate to the gajabaja surrounding her voice... just too shrill for my liking.

Also, getting to know about her vindictive ways of holding back her sisters from getting success... made me never appreciate her much.

Lata Ji has a lovely voice no doubt!

but her singing for Kat!?Yikes!...that would have looked really strange!🀣...
but they could have still used her if they wanted too..
they could have made her sing a duet or something played in the BG!

yeah🀣

^ LOL!

also, there's something too melancholic about her voice
I know she's endured loads of pain in life, from what my mum has told me...

but I can't listen to it =( I can hear it in her voice, even in her best songs.

With that said, I LOVE "Hai Re Tere Chanchal Nainwa" ahaha
