Greatest Actor to Never Win Best Actor - Page 2

I would say Say Salman for all the Bharjatya movies , Tere Naam( one of his best performances) , Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam etc...

Salman deserves a best actor award for his performances in the courts.

Salman was great in his old movies but new ones seem bland and are full of repetetive stuffs that we often watch in every other movie of him.

Ajay Dev did win best newcomer and National award but he never won best actor. He should be in the list too. 

He did win for Company, I think.. A heavy preggy Kajol picked it up.. was shared between Ajay and SRK :D
