I particularly enjoyed getting more of a feel of Khushi's perspective.  Objectively, I don't know how she puts up with Arnav's mercurial personality.  She doesn't know if it will ever get better, despite what her Amma says.  I am proud of her for not giving in to his anger.

Is the quote at the beginning of Chapter 19 meant to assure the reader about Shyam or is it just me being hopeful?
