Adhik maas and Chaturmaas concept

I think most of us knew abt Chaturmaas. It is the prohibited time of marriages. As hindus believe that in the time b/w Ashadh shukla ekadashi(Devshayani ekadashi) and kartik shukla ekadashi(Dev uthni ekadashi) is the time when all the gods go to sleep so ceremonies like marriages, House inauguration and pious works are prohitibeted. I can statistically give u the time it is almost b/w Rakshabandhan and Diwali. We can do God puja havan etc. but can't do Manglik karya. As it is scientifically also claimed as it is the time of rain and climate is not so suitable as we cannot enjoy due to rain, humidity,mosquitoes, diseases etc. Adhik maas is mentioned as to show off their knowledge abt jyotish as in this year of Hindu calender 13 months are there to balance their jyotish calculations. I think cv's have just used this as a asset in their storyline. As in many shows marriages take palce in this time becoz they have to mave forward as in many serials like akshara- naitik, Jeevika- manvi, etc marriages took place in this time

ya from june to july end😆. now also marriage of tejal and aniket in ek dusre se and viraat manvi's also taking place why BV shud worry all these. And most shoking DS is so much old she ws foolish to bring panditji and giving vachan she had knew abt all this. It is very much prohobited in raj. i think and all of them shocking like panditji has told sumthing new.

i watched that serial but wedding was longest i guess in indian history of daily soap made preety much boring for me to watch...weeding cud had bearable but akshra's rotlu and naitiks sad+angry expression in whole wedding made it too irritating to watch hope that doesnt happen in bv...
cant expect more from anandi but may she start liking shiv to atleast not have that zombie-robotic face...

ya shukra tara ast, malmaas and holashtak are also ther in hindu calender in which the marriages are prohibited. That's why u can see crowded marriages on a single day

They used this as a valid excuse to extend the marriage date and intoduce Shiv's spoilt sister.
