Watching the episodes this week, I realized that Ashu is getting comfortable with the age gap between him and Nidhi. We had several instances this week wherein we thought tha Ashu will get angry and sulk and he surprised us with his reaction or none of it.
1. He danced SRK istyle... only for Nidhi
2. He did not react to Anji's comment.
3. He dropped in unannounced to Anji's place and openly admitted that he couldn't sleep when Nidhi was not around.
4. He did not sulk seeing Nidhi in the uniform
5. He sportingly clicked pictures with Nidhi in a clown cap.
6. He did not get angry with Ranga's relatives comments.
7. When Nidhi mentioned Ashu would be thrown in jail for marrying a 9 yr... he laughed and saw the humour.
I am so glad to see the natural progression of the characters and the acceptance that they are of different age groups.
