I think, Anjali is a very sensible woman, but she is still not ready to believe that the man she loves could cheat her, or she is in denial and is not ready to face the truth. It is easier to blame Khushi rather than face the fact that she has been cheated.

Khushi deserves so much better then the way she is being treated, ASR is by her side and he loves her but he does not yet understand her. He does not realize that she can't be happy if Anjali is unhappy. She is also feeling guilty, and feels she does not have right to be happy with ASR specially when Anjali is around.
