And I didn't like how they just take every issue to court, first divorce now this. Do they do any research before, how can he claim their prperty when they are alive?? Previously same blunder with divorce after 5 days😕
I don't think that was a mistake by the cvs. Prashant mentioned the court thing in anger. he didn't say he would take the case to court when his parents were alive, for a person like prashant he could very well mean that he would challenge aarti to court once the Dubeys were dead. Prashant threatened them by the court thing, he didn't go to court, right?What he can do is claim Ansh's custody, which probably he will, but even then I don't think any court would pass judgement in favour of such a "father". Nevertheless, it will create problems in Yash and Aarti's lives,not to forget poor Ansh.
Also, regarding the divorce, aarti mentioned the 6 months thing. So, we never know but SP might hv been talking about taking legal action 6 mnths later. becoz Gayatri also mentioned the 6 mnth thing to him.
