Does Salman EXPLOIT or HELP newbies?

I was reading the article below and it made me wonder...what's with Salman and newbies? Many newbies-male or female get special attention from Salman. With the guys he takes them under his wings and gives them body building tips and with the girls he showers them with special attention and recommends them for projects if they 'impress' him. So is it Salman's -Genorisity ie he remember his struggling days and wants to help out newbies and genuinely encourage new talent

-Its more of an exploitation thing where he preys on the most vulnerable lot in Bollywood

-Its more of a give and take thing ie he preys on newbies and they use him to get publicity

Salman Khan's new buddy in Bollywood

Salman Khan loves to play Godfather to young, upcoming talent.

Over the years he has promoted a lot of budding actors, choreographers and musicians, mentored them and given them breaks in his films. And the latest benefactor of Khan's genorosity is newbie Pulkit Samrat, who the actor has taken under his wing. Recently, Salman attended Pulkit's film's music release. He also introduced him to top directors and influential B-town names at a recent awards ceremony as well. Says a source, "

"Pulkit is also often seen on the sets of Dabangg 2 visiting Salman. The senior actor feels Pulkit is a promising newcomer and has even been recommending his name in the industry. Bhai has seen the rushes and promos of Pulkit's debut film and is quite impressed with the former TV actor."

We wish other actors would take a leaf out of Salman's book and be as generous too.

i dont know if exploit is the correct word i mean if he asks for any favors(read sexual) from these newbies for his help and they agree then can it be termed exploiting if its consensus .its like ek haath de ek haath le .Nothing comes for free right .They might know what kind of man salman is given his history i m sure there might be loads of girls guys willing to go to any length to please him .he dont need to actually exploit them .they would be more forthcoming

ofcourse they will That s what they are paid for its all because of his PR he is having such a strong hold on the mango people inspite of his past criminal records .its obvious they ll project him as a messiah for all those newbies who struugle to find a foothold in this sleazy industry .They will promote the half truth about Sallu 's favor but not what he expects in return

Its really because of people like Salman/Sanjay/Ajay/Akshay and their cronies that the film industry has such a sleazy reputation.

He helps them. plain and simple. Hes helped struggling singers and composers too. When he thinks someone as potiential, he goes outta his way to help because he knows how tough and cut throat this industry is. Plus, he said he had to go through it, even though his dad was a popular writer, so he wants to help. nothing wrong

Plus, many starlets(upcoming actresses) would throw themselves at him. Hes hot.

ya i think the guy helps as well.. but in return if they are sucessful they might bump him when he needs it.which kinda makes it a win win situation.

The thing with Salman is he does not do moderation. He either really likes someone or loathes them. For those he likes, he helps them find their foot in the industry. Those he does not, he throws them to the wolves. Vivek Oberoi anyone? 😆
