The new name of Star Plus ...

Shaadi Paar (after marriage) ... it seems like to survive on star plus you have to get the two leads married ... otherwise how will we know it's a SP show, doh! Now ofcourse that doesn't automatically mean that's churning out assembly line worthy soaps ... tsk tsk people ... look at the variations ... we have:
- the dictatorial saas with the newly somewhat educated, ever obedient rotlu face bahu with and as yet unconsummated marriage (2 yrs if I'm not wrong)
- the dictatorial saas with the educated, yet obedient sad face bahu and as yet unconsummated marriage (only 6 mnths though )
-the dictatorial saas with the always in tears, obedient bahu but woo hoo consummated as there is a new sprog to prove it.
- the dictatorial ... wait for it ... not just saas ... but whole khandaan with the permanent frightened eyebrows, obedient bahu and as yet unconsummated marriage ( but as they're both only 19 we can wait a few years)
- the dictatorial Bari saas with a frowny, obedient bahu with spunky sister but woo hoo also consummated ... I won't mention the one with the five gujju saas or the lakeer khich saas as those shows just finished :)

So ofcorse we have variety in the form of the various other halves not too mention the different saris and the food and the houses ... surely that is nayi soch enough for you greedy fans !! 😃
