After acting and hosting shows, Shruti Seth is all set to add another feather to her cap. Seth has been assisting Vasant, the director of her upcoming show on a kids' entertainment channel.
The actress helps her director at the task while shooting for it simultaneously. Says she, "Ever since I started acting, I was fascinated with the process of story-telling. I always knew that direction would be a natural progression. I am very grateful to my director for allowing me to help him direct the show." Seth believes that a good actor can always become a good director and the knowledge in this area makes you technically sound. "Anybody who acts well will be able to understand the technical aspect of camera work easily. The most difficult aspect of direction is people management." However, it's not mere a pastime for Shruti as she plans to take it up as a profession. Says she, "If someone offers me a project,
