Who has more rights over Samar?

Last couple of episodes we're seeing that Pratigya has been losing her control over managing Samar's life. Her son is being taken away from her and is now being given a a new mother. There is a power struggle going on in the house about who gets to decide about what Samar does, where he goes, and what sort of environment he is exposed to.

Given that KN is the real father of Samar and Prats is a Chachi (who's raised Samar as her own son for past 4 yrs), and that Meneka is Samar's new step-mother... Who do you think should have more rights over Samar?

Think about it from all angles... who should it be? Objectively and ideally, shouldn't it be Shakti who gets to decide how his son should be raised? If the real father says he has remarried and he wants himself and his new wife to raise his son, can Pratigya do anything about it? Does she have any right to make decisions about Samar's life even though his Dad and Step-mom are present? And so, IF Sajjan Singh announces tomorrow that Pratigya will now have no hand in Samar's upbringing, will it be completely wrong?

Personally, it breaks my heart to see Samar being snatched away from Pratigya. To have her son, taken away, and being exposed to all sorts of bad influences. But I can't help wonder about the question above, what do you guys think?

its bound to happen, SAMAR away from Pratigya... theres the only logic thing i guess CV did not want to show it with KRIYA baby track...

I understand that pratz wants the best for sAMAR n took care of him for the past 4 years... but not to forget samar has his father, grand pa n grandma, aunty n uncle around... 2... so its not that Pratz can make her own decision with SAMAR, knowing members at TN, one thing that she is not the REAL mother of SAMAR will surely play a major part in future... thats why they are showing Kriya raising KN's son...

I think the issue of rights should not be raised but who has the best interest of the child be it his aunty - ma (who took care of him)... Pratz know n very well aware the environment at TN, she has stated many times too that Krishna was influence by his upbringing... but what i failed to understand that, Pratz told Tn members she will not conceive because of samar... I would be happy more if SHE HAS MADE DECISION LIKE NOT HAVING A BABY because she do not want the baby to be raised in such environment... knowing n experiencing life at TN, if she would have said this, i really appreciate... no offense to anyone its my pov... So that at least KRIYA could think of KRIYA NIWAS for betterment of their CHILD... sounds a bit selfish but this is reality...

U see you cannot change environment overnight... the only solution for all this is getting kesar recovered n SAMAR to her is the best option... but here question can be raised again whether Kesar can provide everything to SAMAR, as we all know how KN is... im not questionning mothers love but situation is such... will Kn n kesar able to provide the child what he needs... love... love like what KRIYA is showing him... yes kesar can, will Kn???? how will kesar protect SAMAR from KN... so finally the one best solution is kesar recovers but being strong fighting for her son... if kesar is still the same kesar which keep quiet n takes everything light like b4, this problem will not solve...

I think Shakti and Meneka should be taking care of Samar.
I mean yes Pratgiya can't just be thrown out of the equation because she has invested 4 yrs in the kid and she should be an important person in his life. But it really is Shakti's child and she can't always make decisions for him.

although the only reason Samaar is still a civilized person is because Pratgiya was taking care of him, seeing how Komal's daughter has turned out i can only imagine what will happen to samaar now.

As Samar's father and step-mother,Shakti and menka have the rights over Samar.Pratigya and Krishna are just guardians no matter how involved they are in the child's life.

The one who has the child's best interest at heart🤓.

In this case let Sajjan Singh, take care of his grandchild, but don't push him toward Shakti and his new wife. In the first place Shakti, never wanted to be a father.

Sajjan has two choices!! let Pratz, continue to do what she is doing or he himself take on the full responsibility.

As Samar's biological father, I'd say Shakti has the most rights over Samar. It is sad for Prats because ideally she should have been given more rights because she sacrificed a lot for Samar.

To be honest, I was quite unhappy with Prats sacrifice. It's not what she did, but how she did it. She didn't consult Krishna and made a decision that affected them both. That was wrong of her. Being a strong woman doesn't entail belittling one's husband. I think if the creatives showed Prats consulting Krishna and then making the decision, I would have been more supportive of her, but I think this is her karma--Samar being taken away--she took away Krishna's right to a decision such as having or not having a child. Krishna was just as much entitled to make that decision as Prats, but she didn't even once ask him.

Shakti is Samar father and it cant be changed so he has more right over Samar,but pratigya has given her life for Samar so i m feeling bad for her par yeh to hona hi tha sometimes she takes decision in emotions how can she alone took the decision that she will not conceive without even consulting Krishna.

Thank you Riyya, sorry for the very late reply but I've had very poor internet connection for the past few days and could not write back at all...

I think even Pratigya does realize that she does not have full control over Samar, but she is having a very hard time accepting it. Samar is KN's son, and ideally he should raise him as he wants, and Prats can only object, not stop him. I do agree with how she took Samar away from the birthday party though, but only because there were gunshots there and it was dangerous for Samar, not because there were no kids at the party.

I disagree about the Prats deciding not to have a kid because of the environment at TN... that is because I feel it would be offensive to Krishna. Pratigya has already taken a stand against Krishna once that she will not have a baby until he gets a proper job... and if the next reason she gave was that your family is very uncouth, not worthy of getting a child from me, then it would just be plain rude. After all that Krishna has done to mold himself to Pratigya's wishes.. IF she said that she will not have a baby because of his family, I think Krishna would not take it lightly.

I like your idea, that the best thing now is for Kesar to recover and take care of Samar, but only when she is strong enough to take a stand against KN.
