On a serious note, what did Brahmashtra did to HR? The man looked to be the most sensible man on the show before the Brahmastra round and suddenly all this started. Recently this new trend of shouting into the TV started, you know this is kind of unexplainable, we tell our kids stay calm and explain your POV in a sober fashion in an argument, dont yell and this man yells, interrupts SG, he is the youngest of all(except the contestants, offcourse)

I have no problem with his music or people who love his music(Nobody has a problem with my fav singer or MD, why should I have with other's choice) I dont like it, I can choose to ignore it.

sorry I know as a mod you want to stay impartial, but you have this HR fan thing and most HR fans are not able to read anything over 4 lines(and I am over the 5th line of this post)

I am an HR basher, but my genuine observation, I saw only positive thing HAR has is the respect for ID as a great music director. All other things he said or says are just to hype Vinit unnecessarily and misleading people by saying Universal vote or love story drama. He just wants to win by any means and he is actually a good manipulator and ID should not try to compete with him in his field. It is just like Debo competing with Vinit and all songs chosen were sung by Sonu Nigam.

In the beginning HR and ID were looking like in the same team, the way ID supported him in case of Joyeeta. ID fought with JL for Joyeetha in one episode. Even ID supported Vinit so many times. But once HR and AS started giving Debo low marks intentionally then ID came to know about the truth of HR. Actually JL was big time basher of HR, JL always pointed out mistakes of the contestants from ID and HR gharana and Lalith has lot of knowledge of songs. But JL never pin pointed the mistakes of his contestants and AS's contestants. Partly, JL and AS forced HR to do this. But HR's act of deciet with ID was not good.

Jem dear, I promise not to criticize HR here. In fact, I don't want to talk. I just want to listen to all the HR fans.

I want to know - usme kyaa cheez hai ke aap uske fan bangaye. What is it you like about him? Why do you like him?

I'm not trying to be sarcastic. I really sincerely want to know... I *really* want to *Understand*!!

sangeeta yaar ok for you i will explain:

1. Himeshji was "most decent mentor" when the series began...JL & AS always picked fights w/him because he would support his contestants Aishwarya etc.
2. He won Bhramastra: this shows his popularity where JL were always bottom of list
3. Vinit was only one left in his gharana...he lost so many talented singers (Aishwarya, Dilshad, Nannu, Joyeeta) & he realised Vinit's potential & decided he had to make him win to challenge other mentors - if he didn't do this, he would have been out of the challenge long ago: Vinit never let him down.
4. He is promoting Vinit because he knows Vinit has it in him: you cannot say he is a bad singer
5. The topi is just a "good luck charm" the pyar vyar however, i believe is just to add some hype to the show. After all, I have lost count as to how many posts have asked, who does Vinit love 😉
6. Ujjaini was lost cause - my guess is she was always harping on about JL to even listen to himeshji - after all one of her best performances was Gela Gela Gela...
7. Paresh - his performances improved one after the other: na tum jaano na hum, ye reshami zulfein...

I could carry on but I guess you all will think I have lost the plot 😆

Bottom line is: this is only a Music Reality show. No mentor/contestant deserves the level of abuse which himeshji has received. woh sabse chhota hai...forgive him for his mistakes: he is human after all.
