Why he is wearing casual dress in the hospital?

I had seen him wearing his formal dress while going out of house.

He wore his suit even when he went for a party

In the precap he was shown to be wearing casual dress

I think he has come to know about the news when he was in home, so he rushed immediately to the hospital without even changing the dress

It is his love and concern for her that forced him to go to hospital without caring what he wears( ASR is always careful about what he wear, because according to him clothes one wear will decide ones status)

Because , he is so worried about Khushi that he did not have tome to change before running /driving to hospital

I feel, Anjali tells him and he straight away goes to Khushi's home, finding a lock there, he goes to the hospital.. So the same blue sweatshirt..

He was in a rush to see Khushi in her troubled state that he forgot to change...or thought it was less important. His being with her was of more importance!!

well wen anjali breaks the newz to him...so many things wil run in his mind...he will feel guilty again...worried for her...feeling the pain tht she wil be goin thru...bcz after all it is dis pain tht connects them emotionally..connects their souls...😭...n in all dis he wud jus rush to be wid her...n comfort her..😳

i thnk it's probably night time wen he cms to knw abt the same...so may be he will go w/o changing only...as he will feel it's more imp to stand by khushi rather than gong to formals again!!!!!

Firstly, I think he didn't have enough time to change since I'm pretty sure he rushed after hearing the news.

And secondly, I think he dresses so formally to make sure no one dares to cross him seeing his aura of formality and perfection. Sub-consciously, he knows that Khushi has broken through the barrier long back so it didn't occur to him that he should change before rushing to Khushi's aid. He was wearing casuals while returning back as well, and that was a first for him.
