ok i know it was just one small stupid line...but when a shell shocked Arnav asked Khushi..'toh tumhe english aati hai' it really irked me...esp the tone in which he said it!! so what if Khushi's come from a small town...that does NOT mean that she doesn't know english or anything!! she may not be living the leisure life ASR lives however he cant just go abt assuming that she doesn't know english!! maybe its just me...but i absolutely hate it when the male lead thinks he's superior to the female lead just coz shes from a small town!! probably ASR's character is meant to be like that, arrogant...i guess its abt time Khushi shows him what this particular small town girl can do!!

I agree. I don't why he asked her that? There is no given rule fact that Small town people don't how to speak english?

He should take a test of Lavs and Bimbos. They would fail in everything.

You have to forgive him. The only point of reference for a small town person in a big city is his Mami. Hello hi bye bye.

But more than this line, I was absolutely totally REPULSED by Anjali's kitchen funda. Really 4 Lions - are you really going to openly pander to the saas/bahu crowd that blatantly???

I love your post. Even I get angered when ppl assume you are illiterate in English just because of your background or where you came from. Khushi is cultural and that is why she sticks to Hindi, she will speak English when necessary. I'm happy that the cvs made her know the language unlike other serials where the girl must learn it. Arnav is learning new lessons each daty.

exactly Jenny!! just coz they aren't as rich and stuff...doesn't mean that they don't know english!!

lmaoo...he shud take a test of all the employees actually...so that he'll exactly what the capabilities of his employees are!!

its not the question of forgiving him...more than anything..i'm angry at the way the CVs hav shown this and just coz his mami is like that doesn't mean even Khushi is too...why shud he make such assumptions??

and nothing really to say abt the kitchen scene...it was coming all along...and its star plus..TRP chahiye toh drama hona chahiye!!

exactly!! Khushi may be a person who respects her traditional values and even wears Indian clothes, however it is not fair to just assume she doesn't know english!! Khushi is the only one who can get ASR back on his feet...the only one who has the guts to challenge him...now its time to show him that this small town girl is smarter than he ever thought possible!!

Arnav's charcater is that type only but still a city can never decide anyone's capability and class.

And we have khushi in the show for this purpose only to tell him the real values are more important then the money and thats the theme os the show and khushi will improve this thing in him day by day
