I think Body give you right and mature indication to mind,Body is carm n quite n innocent...but mind is mess,immature,and he can break heart,he can raise 100s of questions and doubts with these things mind can torture your body...but I think if anyone love their body, understand their body, mind can say yes to body's indication!!😊

There are many things that the body does which the mind does not know or control.

Whenever we get a cut it is amazing how soon it heals.

Whenever we feel like eating something I notice it is often due to our body telling us that we lack certain chemical or nutrition perhaps.

Our thinking is the most imp thing.
The way we see a situation think about it.
Thinking is work cums under cerebrum part of brain.
So our mind controls our body.
