Geet slowly drove to the parking area of Orbit Mall, Malad. She parked the car near a pillar where it was mentioned B2-LS. She memorised the pillar no. and then escorted Abhijeet to Cafe Coffee Day. Both Abhijeet and Geet entered the Coffee Shop
Waiter: Yes Ma'am! Welcome to Cafe Coffee Day. How can I help you?
Geet replied: A table for two!
The waiter showed them a corner table and Geet and Abhijeet moved towards it.
Meanwhile Maan drove to Naitik's place. Naitik sat on the couch dozing off being exhausted after work. There was a knock at the door,
Akshi: Naitik? Dekhiye na, koi aaya hai
Naitik didn't reply
Akshi: Naitik??
She came out wiping her hands in her apron and shaked Naitik
Akshi: Naitik? Arey, yeh to so gaye! Mainhi kholti hoon.
Saying this she moved towards the door and unbolted it.
Akshi: Namaste!
Maan: Akshara bhabhi?
Akshi: ji? Aap?
Maan: main Maan, Naitik ka dost!
Akshi: oh haan! Maan Singh Khurana, right?
Maan: yeah! Naitik hai?
Akshi:yup, so rahe hain, aap chaliye main uthati hoon.
She moved towards Naitik and jerked him once calling his name, he didn't respond. She tried twice again and then thrice but he continued to snore! Finally, Akshi twisted the end of her pallu into an ear-bud like shape and then tickled Naitik. Naitik got up suddenly and then not realising of Maan's presence he pulled Akshi in his arms.
Naitik: aaj aapka mood kaafi achcha hai?
Akshi blushed and asked, Naitik? Koi aaya hai?
Naitik: aapki chaalon se mein waakif hoon!
Maan coughed
Naitik looked at Maan and then at Akshi and then stood up suddenly with a jerk.
Naitik: arey Maan!
Maan: Naitik! Humein kahin jaana tha'right?
Naitik blushed: haan! Chalo, Akshara aap tayyar ho jaiiyye!
Akshi: Maan ji! Aap kuch lenge?
Maan: no, I am perfectly fine!
Akshara insisted: kuch toh!
Maan:ji nahi, kuch nahi.
Akshara: okay Naitik, I'll get ready, give me 10 minutes

Geet and Abhijeet sat sipping Coffee, Abhijeet still looked gloomy. Geet placed one hand on Abhijeet's palm
Geet: Abhijeet! Aap mere colleague hain! Mujhe aapse kuch nahi chupana chahiye.
Abhijeet looked puzzled: matlab?
Geet took a deep breath: Abhijeet! I am married, maine kisi ko apna poora naam kabhi nahi bataya!
Abhijeet was flabbergasted: Dr!
Geet grew serious: Let me properly introduce myself to you. I am Mrs. Geet Khu' Geet stopped and then replied. Meri do saal pehle HP ke chhote se gaon mein shaadi hui aur phir I came to Delhi.
Abhijeet looked shocked: Dr.! I am sorry. Pur main kabhi aapke husband se.
Geet: we parted'
Abhijeet felt guilty
Geet:isliye, main kabhi relationship mein dobara panda nahi chahti, already meri zindagi mein kaafi shocks hai, aur nahi!

Maan drove the car and parked it beside a pillar named B2-LS. There was just one more car in that section. They shopped for a while and then, Maan went his way strolling through the corridors, peering into the shops. He had no wish to come there and chat but Naitik's insistence. Suddenly, strange feelings started surrounding his mind again. They were just the same as he had experienced at the airport. Zaroor kuch hai. Shayad Geet yahin' He left his sentenced unfinished and then started trodding through the crowds searching for his lost love. Geet also started feeling strange. A different scent had suddenly saturated the air. She tried to hurry up.
Geet:Abhijeet, I have some work. Kuch nayi reports hai. So I think we should leave.
Abhijeet stood up and smiled back.
By the time Geet rose up, Maan had seen her from the glass wall and his eyes got filled with tears of joy. He took a step ahead and then suddenly stopped.
Abhijeet: Geet!
Geet: Abhijeet! Kya hua?
Abhijeet: one request?
Geet: boliye na?
Abhijeet: ek hug aur ek kiss?
Geet burst into laughter for the first time in these 2 years. She pulled Abhijeet's cheeks and placed a small peck on them. Abhijeet blushed. Then she hugged him tightly. Abhijeet hugged him back
Maan stood there helpless, what had he seen moments before, Geet with someone else? Geet actually was hugging some other man. Maan's heart burnt. His rage grew more. He couldn't swallow this fact that Geet could be with some other man. But some part of his mind spoke to him Maan! Tumhe dukh kyun ho raha hai? Tumhi ne to apne se use durr kiya, aur ab woh, apni zindagi mein khush hain Maan Singh Khurana. Tumhari galti ki tumhe sazaa milni chahiye aur mil rahi hai! Kuch ghalat nahi liya Geet ne. Use haq hai. Maan couldn't accept this condition and tears rolled down his cheeks.
Then all of a sudden he heard Naitik's voice Maan! Maan! Maan wiped off his tears and faked a smile.
He turned his face away finding it really hard to walk on the ground which suddenly seemed empty without Geet. Geet was so near'yet so far!
That night Maan couldn't concentrate on his work. He ordered special vodka for him and gulped the entire bottle. Then he ordered one more and in this way he gulped 3 bottles of vodka and then set out on a dusk-shrouded path through the forest, walking clumsily.
