there were medical tests on her which proved shineys SIN...so there is no questioning of any doubts.....also the court just declared the judgement mere on these reports and the chargesheet...

its such a shame to read what some people say in the other thread. Its closed, so i am giving my opinion here.

though girl retracted her statement, DNA report can prove whether its a rape or normal sex.

thats why court goes it way, with understanding maid can be threatened to change her statements. Have some science knowledge. seriously too pathetic how some people coming for defense for such cases for bollywood actors case. Then I am not surprised too for that kind kind of people.
