From tellychakkar:

After months of speculation and nail-biting suspense for the viewers of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi (Star Plus), the killer of Aditya Gujral (Salim Shah) will finally be revealed today. In a shocking twist, Nandini Virani (Gauri Pradhan), wife of Karan Virani (Hiten Tejwani), will be revealed as the asli killer in tonight's episode.

Confirming the events, Ekta Kapoor says, "Yes, it's true that Nandini will be shown to be Gujral's real killer. Once she confesses to her crime, she will go to jail."

Elimination rounds

Why did they take so long to reveal the track? Says Shivangi Chauhan, creative director of Kyunki, "Since the serial developed a murder track we wanted to create a buzz around who had done it — a whodunnit track, where everybody's suspected of the murder, but one by one, everyone is eliminated."

There was a buzz that Harsh Virani, Tulsi and Mihir's adopted, paralysed son, was the actual killer. Shivangi says, "He was never the killer. A serial can run into many possibilities, and he could've been one of them. Initially, we were contemplating pinning the murder on him, but then
we decided to change the track."

Why Nandini?

After Nandini finds out about Tanya and Karan's marriage, initially she feels cheated and betrayed, but later realises the sacrifices Tanya made for everyone.

Tanya has not just been a good friend and mother to her daughter while Nandini was in coma, but loved her man, Karan, and stood by him through the difficult phase.

Karan knew that Nandini had killed Gujral and was taking the rap to protect her. He made Nandini vow on their unborn child, never to reveal the truth, but Nandini makes the final sacrifice and breaks her promise when she sees her husband, father-in-law Mihir, and Rakshanda, all willing to protect and stand by her," says Shivangi.

After the murder mystery track is revealed what will be the next twist in the drama? Says Ekta Kapoor, "The next track will be Savita's (Apara Mehta) mercy killing by Tulsi where the entire topic of euthanasia will be dealt with on a huge level."

Till now what's been happening in Kyunki

Aditya Gujral gets killed
From Savita to Mohini and Mihir Virani, the entire family gets blamed for the killing, till one by one it's proved that they are not the killers.

Nandini, Karan's wife comes to know that, Tanya (Rakshanda Khan) and Karan have been married when she was in a coma and is distraught at the turn of events. Tulsi (Smriti Irani) pinpoints Gujral's murder on husband Mihir, and drags him to court.

Mihir pleads guilty, shocking even his lawyer and mother, but later admits to Karan that he has done it because of Tulsi. Tulsi hears Mihir's honest confession that he's not guilty and is shattered.

Personal comments : I dont think Nandini is the asli killer. Srry if this topic has been posted before.
