Who's the worst movie dad of all time?Loha, Darth Vader...

The villain Darth Vader of the Star Wars movie is listed in top 10 as one of the worst movie fathers of all times in the western cinema.

How bad is Loha when compared to say Darth Vader, or maybe Hirankashyap (Prahald's father) from mythology? Let's dissect them.

Loha

Once urged son Shekhar to commit suicide by shooting himself in the head
Controlled his sons' lives by exercising authoritative and dominating influence over them
Poisoned son Shekhar
Tried to shoot Shekhar and Ranvijay both on numerous occasions
Beat both Shekhar and Ranvijay with sticks, fists and whips (the latter on several occasions)
Tried to influence Shekhar and Ranvijay both into his evil ways (only managed to succeed with Ranvijay)
Tried to force Shekhar to impregnate servant girl, Laali
Threw Shekhar and family out into the streets

Darth Vader

Tried to kill son Luke Skywalker on numerous occasions (and once cut his hand off)
Tried to influence Luke Skywalker to come to the dark side

Hirankashyap from mythology

Tried to force son Prahald to worship him as God
Tried to poison Prahalad
Tried to have him trampled by elephants
Tried to have him thrown off a cliff
Tried to have him burnt alive in a fire

So out of the three who would you rate the worst: (The first being the worst)

Loha, Darth Vader, Hirankashyap
Darth Vader, Hirankashyap, Loha
Hirankashyap, Loha , Darth Vader

It is hard to say which one is worse and to put them in order😕.

They are all horrible fathers in their own right. 😡😡

There are a lot more similarities than differences between the three daddys!😆😆

The number one thing is that they all tired to kill their sons a number of times to have them removed from their life.

They has being a love/hate relationship with their sons.

The fathers used then and then threw them aside like garbage.

The sons did not have a very good role of a father. How sad!!!!

They all grew up in negative and abusive environments.

😡😡😭😭😭😭

My heart is paining....

The one big difference is how they tried to kill their sons, but the similiarity was to take their son's life. What deranged fathers.😡😡😡😡

Yes, thanks for bringing it to my attention. I had it in mind some time back, but forgot about it. There was a time our viewers were very upset about Loha's behavior when he poisoned Shekhar, and they angrily questioned how could any father poison his own son. Some threatened they would stop seeing this serial; some said this serial should stop because it had no ideas left, that it was utter nonsense etc, etc.

I had rather enjoyed it, and had often shaken my head that so many of our viewers seemed to lack general knowledge about so many things. Including the fact that in our own mythology was the story of Prahalad, whose father had tried to poison him and have him killed through various means.

AJ has brought out some very important issues. I still shake my head when viewers start screaming about this storyline or that. That is why you don't see me questioning their storylines. I don't mind it all. It is their blunders that gets me.

It is hard to say which one is worse and to put them in order😕.

You are right. Each son had reason to fear for his life with their horrible fathers. But I would go for Hirankashyap, Darth Vader and then Loha.

Everyone has their own opinion about the storylines...some love it, other hate it, some do not care etc etc. We all have our own ideas of what we would like to see. The differences in opinions and ideas makes for interesting discussion. 👏👏 It does not bother me what people think I enjoy reading all of them and besides everyone is entitled to their own idea!!!! Freedom of Expression for this forum😆😆👏👏!!!

However, I am ready to move on to something else......😳😳😳 Laali and all the folks need to make up and pack their backs to let other characters with a new show come on.

I hope the next show will be just as good. 😳😳 That is my honest opinion.....😊

Speaking of opinion...I am one of those people who would like this show to stop and another come on. I think it is a good show and have loved what I have seen. You are right this show has brought up many important issues about society and culture for people to be aware of. It is one of the best serials I have seen...not that I have seen too many

You are right, we can agree to disagree. But unlike you, I wouldn't mind seeing this serial continuing for some time yet. 👏👏

But the CVs seem to have lost their sustaining power over many things (storylines, viewership, etc), and sooner, rather than later AJ may face the big chop!!!😕😕😕

I am no fan of Hindi movie or serials. Their blunders, mistakes, storytelling style, directing style, irks the hell out of me.😡😡😡 And frankly, I doubt if I will ever come back to watch any other Hindi serial.

AJ is the first and the last! The others that I tried to see were nothing special ... same ole, same ole ... 🥱 and not worth my time at all.

I agree Here With Neela..Probably AJ would be Last show on Zee I followed so seriously..This would be the only Forum I have been so active...This is the Last show and Character I m emotionaly attached and love some of them ..I follows many show for time pass but not so seriosly as AJ....Since It was and It will be different in its way own always...Such great and talented Cast and they had great story to develop..Its another thing they could not use all content so well...But Still I see some shows and Find AJ hundred times better for sure still....So I do not want its Abrupt end as such now..Let see and wait for Channel's decision...Zee knows Very well result to take crazy decisions ,take off hit show and priortize new show over it ....They r paying and they will pay if they do so again...

Indian seriels are not the best shows around. The quality of most of them is low with no serious storyline. Agle I agree is different!

I am watching one right not called Mera Naam....oh my god it is so retard. No story line or anything good about. I watch it just to have fun. It's my "me" time after a hard day at my work.

There are many blunders, inconsistencies, lack of follow throughs etc in most serials.

The acting is terrible most of the time.

Indian soaps are more concerned with quanitity rahter than quality...😃😃😃
