Oh Dewy Arwen and dupatawaali often put me through slow torture, you know .......... 😭 Force me to see VMs and epis on YT and then tell me to write something really mushy ............... Torture ke upar torture ................😭

Dewy: Change in character is one thing but penning down lines should happen keeping the sketch of the character in mind. I do not see Geet as someone who will start mouthing lyrical lines out of blue ... there is no base to suggest the same. Simple lines would have made more sense, according to me.

What was lyrical? She only made a promise that his happiness would supercede hers.. from now on.. she only added Nature as witness b/w the two..

So many times Maan has pointed out the Moon, or the Rain as witnesses to their love.. she did the same..

Hmmm.. I wont answer this, but have one of my own, Doesnt Nature ever conspire in bringing ppl close? If it does, cant it be pointed out?

For those who have no other witness than Nature, to their love, cant they give due credit to Nature for the same?

I told Mehr, I was in a sober mood post the show today.. it touched me.. hence all the maudlin talk.. 😊

Thoughts can be expressed in any way. Poetic or just plain. It is how the essence of the thought is told, how the opinion is put across that matters. Simple people can have good trains of thoughts. But in a serial, characters are never well moulded and their dialogues never well written. Sad ................

Geet has been through a lot. She could have been shown metamorphosing in a systematic way. Instead just as she sometimes starts getting serious, she says something equally silly. That's how ding dong they have made her character to be. She runs forwards and then backwards just as quickly.

Dew...I am with An today. The dialogues by themselves, were nice...not from Geet. She could have expressed the same sentiments in a style consistent with her character.

An...I finally figured what really bothered me about today. It was the tempo of the episode. It went from drama to comedy to drama to romance to cliff hanger...all in the space of 30 minutes. Could not connect with at all. In contrast, when Pari setup the date for Geet & Maan, the entire episode was focused on just that...it was perfect. Today it felt forced.
