uff..I finished my lunch in a hurry..many customers..matar panir enjoy nahi kar saki..LOL

chitu i went and cameback.. just nothing i bought tomatoes, lemons basss.. abhi pumpkin sabzi ban raha hai....

haan almost done... in another 30 - 45 minutes i will make phulkas... thinking to make few pooris... n kal lunch ke liye phulkas...i am afraid i don't deep fry well it goes bad all the time... haha...

hey thatz cool..pooris..gayo,add little oil in the dough and make them stiff..and don't soak the dough for too long..matlab.make the dough and within 5-10 mts make pooris,that way it doesn't absorb oil..and to make nice round pooris...make small pooris and belofy well and uniform...then when u put in hot oil...with yr ladle..press the pooris,lightly on one side..they will all come out as big balls..

i will try.. u know i love pooris with pumpkin and aloo curry... yummmmmms..
poori with pumpkin is marwadi style hahha.. they call it poori/kaddu n love it.... 😃

hey kaisa thanks yar,..dost hai kisliye? The oil shd be hot when u fry them...but make it medium if u notice poori starts to become black..
 
yeah,..I make that sometimes..marwari kaddu aloo but we don't get any good kaddu here..I have stopped using it..how sad na..
