I dont think the rules say that u should write stuffs like "I am sorry for the SR fanz they wwould be really sad reading this and blah blah" and SR fanz cant comment on tht..

AR posts dont mean Bashing SR.. And vice versa.. And SRians have FULL right to reply WHENEVER they see SR or SRians are being mentioned in the topic..

Agree.................Plz mods dunn close ny topic immediatly...i think the action mentioned by TM is quite much fair..coz fanz done work to make topic n closing it coz of sum other ppl is not fair wid him/her...
action should be taken against her/hom who violate rule ..then y TM suffer...

Its for both AR n SR fanz n all other too.............

I dont know what I will say. Because being a sr fan I want to realize the sentiment of AR and how they feel because of AR separations. Although the posts are repetitive but I think we should give them some time to realize the situation. At this moment AR fans are very much hurt because the CV has decided to break the 2 years wonderful moment. I think we SR fans try to understand them other than giving any suggestion to stop those topics.

I do somehow agree with you topic maker; HOWEVER, I have witnessed so many post which says "Only for AR fans/AR topic" BUT the topic maker HARDLY talks about AR and bashes SR from left, right , and center. Do you expect to keep the SR fans to ignore at this point?? Same thing applies to SR post. If SR fans open a topic to bash AR, I do not think any AR fans would sit back without saying anything. I do fully support on one thing: if the topic is perfectly fine, but members go off topic and start bashing for no reasons, then the member should be punished and the comment should be removed by mods instead of closing the entire post.

Here is what I have to say… and my comments are very neutral.

I agree with the topic maker.. that a perfectly good discussion is ruined by off topic comments.

The links you have are with your interest but it happens both ways.

DT realizes that the 'rule' of AR fans not posting in a SR thread and vice versa… is really not working as well as we thought it would.

Because regardless both the set of fans comment in topics and really DT have tried to keep a check but it is humanly impossible to read each and every topic for this

violation.

About trashing comments and keep the topic going: I personally like that idea but DT need those comments as proof when raising a WL or when putting together a warning for a member. Yes we could have screenshots but those can be manipulated with Photoshop and can't be used as solid proof. That is our reasoning for not doing that.

Other reason is.. regardless of how much warning, when members don't seize to stop commenting or instigating the best way is to close the topic because the back and forth will never end. We have all seen that.

Note: I am here because I like this discussion and DT really is trying to stabilize this forum. Any input from members is helpful for DT and we will discuss on that. I would like to keep this conversation going. Thanks.

i think that they close the topic because it just takes less time, i see fights on this forum everyday.. how many can they delete? but you have a good point =)

maybe they should have a haters post where everyone goes on it and hates and leaves the rest of the posts alone! lol just kidding
